Worked so well for all my uggs. Black, grey, chestnut, and sand color. These ones had stains so big I couldn’t wear them. They are def wearable now. I waterproof spray them each year and I think it makes a difference. Can’t be 100% sure though. Makes them feel clean and soft. Honestly worth the money because the kit lasts so long. I’ve used it on 5 boots at least once each and only about 20% done with the products.

If you own a pair of UGGs, the UGG Shoe Care Kit is a must. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make, but wow—it totally brought my boots back to life. The cleaner works super well on dirt and stains without messing up the suede, and the protector adds a nice layer of defense against water and salt (crucial for winter). The brush and scuff eraser are surprisingly effective, especially for getting that soft, fluffy look back. Everything is really easy to use and doesn’t have that overpowering chemical smell some products have. Honestly, it’s worth every penny to keep your UGGs looking fresh and lasting longer. 10/10 recommend, especially if your boots have been through a few seasons!

Full disclosure - none of these shoes listed are UGG brand. I ordered this product because my doggies got a stain on my new boots from a messy pup cup (first picture). After looking at several reviews, including many of solutions that ruined shoes, I decided on this one mostly for brand trust, despite the higher price. I carefully followed the directions and ended up with an even larger patch of discoloration after the first try. This also happened with the larger boots, which was much more labor intensive given their size. So after two cleansing rounds, with some additional touch ups, I finally got them to be relatively the same color. The final result of the first shoe does still have a slight lighter patch where the original stain was, but I couldn't bring myself to cleanse it a third time. When using the brushes included, one started separating and the other shed significant particles from the boots (pictured). The protectant spray is nice. It dries quickly and seems to keep causal wear scuffs and stains at bay. They are certainly not waterproof, so I will not be taking them out in any rain or snow. Overall, I wouldn't have ordered if I would have known how much time and effort it would take to get clean, even color. Before putting together the before and after pictures, I wasn't sure if it was worth it at all but it did seem to make a difference.

This UGG Sheepskin and Suede Shoe Care Kit is a must-have for anyone who wants to keep their UGGs and other suede or leather shoes looking fresh! I accidentally got a drip of grease on my slippers while cooking, and regular soap just wasn’t cutting it. I decided to try this kit, and after following the steps, it completely removed the soap and grease stain. The included brush is a great final touch—it helps restore the texture and bring the shoes back to life after drying. If you have UGGs, suede boots, or any leather shoes, this kit is worth every penny. It’s easy to use and really extends the life of your footwear. Highly recommend! One step is conditioner, another is a protection spray, and the last one is for odor.

The Same Product That I have Always Used And Has Worked To Help Care For My Uggs. I love it because all the products work, and I have not had a reaction to any of them. I have had reactions to other Shoe & Leather Products In the Past. I use them outside, or in a well ventilated area and follow the instructions that come with the box. It does come with everything that I have needed to care for my Uggs. I usually spray them on my deck, and the overspray has kept my deck water resistant as well. I will say that I don’t wear my UGGS in super wet weather; but I have been caught in the rain… and I have worn them in the snow. My UGGS usually last for many years, and look like new. It has been the soles that have warn out. I have not used the deodorizer, I have never had that problem with my UGGS!

This wasn’t great. Didn’t remove the stains after following all instructions. I do like the shoe review to deodorize, the brush is good to get rid of debris but I wouldn’t say this cleans well. I’m going to apply the protector but can’t speak on if it worked until I wear then did some time.
