I love throws. I have all kinds of throws, wool, cotton, velvet, linen, thin throws, thick throws, both lightweight and heavy! I even have a couple of weighted throws. But this is a different throw than every other one that I have. It’s like a faux fur blanket. It’s not poofy, it’s actually pretty thin. But it’s heavy and warm. And so unbelievably soft. I didn’t notice a smell at all when I opened the box. The grey is nice and I think it’ll hide some dirt which is good because I do think that washing this could be a challenge (hence the -1 star). I got it on sale for around $55 and I think that’s a reasonable price. I did end up purchasing another for my nephew for Christmas. He loves soft blankets so I’m sure he’ll love this. I think this may be the perfect throw to snuggle up on the couch during snowstorms with a book and a cup of cocoa! ... show more
