I am a 65 year old female with no professional experience putting furniture together. I am on a small fixed income so for the past few years I have been buying stuff I need to put together. I have had very mixed results since it's like a box if chocolate you dont know what you have till you open the box and start to try putting it together. This garmet rack is made of quality materials. The holes are drilled precisely and these old arthritic hands had no trouble lining up the screws and holes. I am almost finished and even though I have no where to put it I almost want to buy another! It fits perfectly under the shelf in my closet and I can't wait to start organizing my clothes. I rarely if ever give out 5 stars but this deserves it!!

Purchased for a guest bedroom. This item is NOT heavy duty. Materials are very lightweight and not very sturdy. Easy to assemble but some holes were overdrilled & screws won't tighten, affecting stability. Not deep enough for hangers so unit must sit away from wall making wall stabilization kit useless. Came with 2 left pieces for pant hanger. Prompt response fr/customer service which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3. This unit is fine for very light, occasional guest use but is not sturdy or big enough for everyday use.

If your room is tiny and looking for a cute, small, natural-tone, and tidy organized look, I highly recommend this one. This is not too sturdy like metal garment rack, but this is what you have to be expected if you are trying to get bamboo one. Nonetheless, it can handle the weights of the clothes and accessories. So, I am happy with this product.

Everything is bamboo, so it's light. Quality control is so-so. After checking I had all the components, I carefully assembled it to minimize piece mismatches. The shelf slats are haphazard and not parallel. Random edges on this thing jut out due slightly to bad screw hole placement. I put the crookedest shelf on the bottom, etc. I finished assembling it, and don't want to dissemble. I am already planning to shop for a different one -- I live in a college town, so I will likely give it away. In the interim, I will try to find coat hangers that don't take up so much vertical space. Midi dresses touch the floor with a standard hanger.

I live in an old house and old house closets are notoriously tiny. My husband claimed the bedroom closet for himself (he's a long-suffering man, so I said fine.) So, I had been using the dining room closet as my closet (it was like that, you see) but this left me nowhere to store my vacuums, reusable shopping bag hoard or impressive collection of black coats. So, I set out to see what Daddy Bezos had in his impressive and vast collection of garment racks. I wanted something sturdy, easy to assemble and not ugly. This garment rack satisfies all of those criteria. It's light weight but substantial enough to hold my active wardrobe nicely. It was easy to assemble with another set of hands. I probably would have sworn a few times if I had to do it alone. Its not particularly 'thick' but is sturdy all the same. I'd buy another one.

When the item was packaged, there was an extra set of screws instead of the two support feet. I sent an email believing I would get the run around. Instead, I was asked for the order number, and sent the missing parts. The item is nice, I put it together in 15 minutes or so. It holds quite a few jackets and is incredibly stable. (Note the feet only provide nominal extra support. I have yet to take everything off the shelves and put them on.)

DON'T BUY THIS if you want to solve your wardrobe issues. Assembing the product will take atleast an hour. A special kind of allen key is required to fit the screw and good luck if you loose one. Also the key is so small it will give your thumb brushes when pressure applied to tighten them. Don't buy this product if you have kids or soft skin. The product is not smooth and have extreme sharp finish and edges are off the roof. It's not aligned well. You can see traces of glue all over the place. Not study enough, they have cut down on bamboo thinkness to bring their manufacturing cost down. Something very similar is available on Chinese owned companies app for $45 shipped. Not worth $80. Update... The seller contacted and tried to work with me. I was hoping to replace this for the same but better finish product. But it was not doable for the seller and offered a solution of partial refund. The seller is good to work with, but the product can be a lot better in terms of quality
