This is a bright yellow cream that leaves no tint when absorbed. It is absorbed quickly and does not leave a greasy film. As a matter of fact, it dries matte. This has a slight medicinal scent to it that dissipates once absorbed. Please note that this states it should not be put near the eyes or mucous membranes… Upon contact this has a med/strong cooling almost a stinging sensation. This will go away in a few minutes but if you put this on your face DO NOT PUT THIS NEAR YOUR EYES. I did this in error and the strong cooling sensation made my eyes water. The cream itself is very soothing and hydrating. The bottle is a good size and a little goes a very long way.great cream!

This cream smells like vapor rub, and their customer service is a joke. I sent multiple emails before they got back to me, and then they just ended their communication instead of answering my questions. The cream is okay but false advertising. Not worth it at all

This cream has a pretty strong mint type of smell to it, I actually kind of like it but some people might not. It seemed to help on itchy spots I put it on, and it does have a strong cooling sensation where ever you rub it on.

This cream is labelled as "fragrance-free" but it has a strong odor very reminiscent of menthol. I am very sensitive to fragrances/odors, and it is almost overwhelming to me. I did try the product several times on my very dry elbows. The cream did about an average job of moisturizing, really no better than the cream I usually use. I do not have eczema or psoriasis, so cannot speak to how well it might help those conditions. Additionally there is no address or country of manufacture listed on the label. Based on doing just an average job of moisturizing, and the very strong odor of menthol while being marketed as "fragrance-free", I would not repurchase this cream and would not recommend it to others.

I'm a little worried about using this, as it arrived with a broken seal, which makes me uncomfortable about tampering. I'm also concerned about using something that smells so strongly on my sensitive skin. I know it says fragrance-free and the smell is probably from natural ingredients, but it is not what I was expecting. I will likely stick with a different product that I know my skin likes and does not have such a strong scent.

First, the print is impossible to read. That's significant. Next, despite having a protective seal, the cream leaked all over the lid and the side of the jar with the seal still in place. There's a big clump of product missing, which is beyond aggravating. This stuff is pricey for such a small jar. HOWEVER, it is extremely soothing. The menthol smell is intoxicating, but after about an hour or 2, it finally seemed to dissipate and my skin feels great! I would like to buy more of this, but I'm highly discouraged by how messily packaged it came and the fact that a whole spoonful of product seemed to just be missing from the little portion I got.
