    • Easy fix for a broken remote or a remote with defective wires
It's great to be able to just swap this remote when the wires on my remote split. It works well and took 3 minutes to unplug the broken remote and plug in this new one. The only thing I would change would be to separate the heat from the massage. At this time, the heat only comes on with the power switch (obviously) but the massage comes on at the same time. My chair is functional now. It was plug and play and now I have the same features as the original remote. I hope this is still available when I need to replace the other one. Would purchase again.

Does not work with all message chairs. You must know the code of the original remote then Google the code to find the correct remote. This is actually a zero star.
