We bought this universal remote to replace a remote our guests broke. However, when this remote is plugged in, the massager just stays on vibrate mode and won’t turn off or change to any of the settings on the remote. So our guests have to keep the remote unplugged and when they plug it in, it doesn’t work properly at all.     • Easy fix for a broken remote or a remote with defective wires
It's great to be able to just swap this remote when the wires on my remote split. It works well and took 3 minutes to unplug the broken remote and plug in this new one. The only thing I would change would be to separate the heat from the massage. At this time, the heat only comes on with the power switch (obviously) but the massage comes on at the same time. I was really hoping that the controller would work aopn at least one chair , but it did not. When I tried to do a return, the site would not let me just return it, I could only ask for a replacement, which I did not want.
