Description

Get the best of both worlds with Rough Country's Jeep JK Control Arm Relocation Brackets. These durable drop brackets help reset JK control arm angles to a more natural and comfortable geometry. By reducing the operating angle of the front control arms, the force applied to the arm when hitting a bump is now directed up into the springs instead of being absorbed into the frame. These drop brackets allow a JK with 3.5" to 4" of lift to operate more like stock, with a more appropriate geometry to increase force on the front wheels. More force means more traction in straight line braking and reduced weight shifting and inertia when braking during a curve. These 100% improve the driveability of my lifted jeep. 4 inch lift and it would wonder left or right depending on any curvature in the road. Plus semi hard braking would cause the jeep to really wander left and right. This moved the front wheels almost 2 inches. This improves these issues. Install was a little rough getting the parts perfectly aligned, but they do. YouTube helps with install.     • Great product - Easy to install
I had the Jeep raised 4" but they didn't think I would need this. I drove the Wrangler for a week and decided to install a set of these. Made a big difference when driving when you go over a bump and when hitting brakes hard. No more wandering around. Highly recommend for anything over 3.5" lifts.

I was expecting so much more out of these things. I honestly can't tell any difference in ride except that I now have a tiny bit of bump steer. It has only been on for a few days so I will give it a little more time. I received a defective nut in the kit that required a trip to the hardware store. As you can see you do loose some ground clearance. I have about 3.25" of lift. Update: I installed an adjustable track bar and it made a world of difference. I definitely can now tell a difference in ride. My axel being a little off center must have been magnified from these. I do like them now and am impressed with the combination of TB and the brackets. I contacted Rough County about my problem and they got right back to me with suggestions and have been helpful. Good customer service. ... show more

My wife has a 15 Jeep Wrangler jk with a 6” rough country lift and we have fought the steering issue for a long time , the drifting and wondering all over the road , and not quite ready to pull the trigger on a full set of adjustable control arms I ran across these and MAN WHAT A GAME CHANGER these geometry correction brackets set my pinion angles right where they need to be and all the drifting and wandering all over the place is essentially gone and I’m running 37” mud terrain tires !!!!! Instructions are grainy black and white. All my parts were labeled wrong. Left was right and in was out and the crush spacers were too big and had to be ground down a ton to fit. Instructions vaguely go over a dozen steps and skip 90% of what you really need to do. Instructions don’t label which bolts are what size or show in the pictures where to put washers. Only a couple videos on line and all are just a minute or two long and skip the vast majority of the install. Kept having to run to buy tools to grind and cut fish bolts out of the frame. ... show more
