These chairs are really nice. We had to replace our 13 yr old chairs that were very sun faded. They are bigger than our old chairs and very comfortable to sit in. They fit nicely around our square table. I do have one complaint though. The website lists 2 colors Brown. One is Brown and the other is Brown X. I ordered Brown because they both looked like the same color in the pictures. When we received the boxes, the color on the box was Khaki not Brown. The chairs are much lighter than the picture on the website. I think it would be helpful if the company changed Brown to Khaki. I feel most people would then know that Khaki is lighter than Brown and I would have ordered the Brown X. But they are fine and we did keep them. I would like to thank the company for the excellent customer service. We were shipped two boxes and one was the wrong color chair. Through Amazon, I contacted the company and by just showing them pictures of the box that said the wrong color and a picture of one of the backs of the chairs, the company arranged to have a new box of 2 chairs sent in the correct color and a prepaid label to have the wrong color shipped back to them. All of this was done is a very timely fashion and within 10 days all was resolved and I had my correct color chairs. FedEx delivered my new box and picked up the incorrect one from my home. I couldn't be happier with this company.

FANTASTIC patio chairs! Fantastic service/shipping from GA to TN undamaged by Fedex. Ordered 4/23 and received 4/25, WOW! The chairs are fantastic and no probs getting together. First chair took some time. Start with step 2 first ad put cross bar on seat, then go to step 1. Keep bolts loose until you get back on then tighten everything. It helps if you have a small cordless drill/impact that will take a "Allen head bit" the same size as the allen wrench they supply...2nd chair was a breeze. Pay close attention to the pics on what direction that cross bar goes on and that big base piece that attaches to it for the swivel!!! Fantastic color on the beige chairs!! I ordered when they did a price drop to 169 and I have seen a 149 but I missed that one! Good Luck!

Once assembled I love the chair, however, the assembly is a nightmare. We purchased 4 chairs and have only been able to assemble 2 of them as we had problems with the screws that came with the chair. Actually went to the local hardware store and purchased new screws. It has taken us over 2 hours to assemble just one chair. Would have thought twice before buying them if I had known how difficult it would be to put them together. I

Patio Swivel chairs are nice looking easy to assemble and dry fast after it rains. They are also very comfortable and the swivel is a great feature. We are very happy with them.

After trying to put these chairs together twice now, I do not recommend this product. The screw holes are NOT drilled properly. So when you're connecting the arms to the seat base the screws only will screw in about a 1/4 of an inch and stops. I've had a couple people try to help me with this and they agree something is not drilled correctly. I contacted AMAZON last Monday and was told someone would be in touch with my within 24 - 48 hours. I was expecting a text/e-mail or phone call. Here it is a week later and I contacted AMAZON again this morning to find out that you have to go to the upper left corner where the three white bars are and go into there (HOW WOULD ANYONE EVER KNOW THIS) to retrieve messages. WOW guess I don't return many things so I NEVER knew this. STILL WAITING ! ! !

Screws provided are not high quality and snap off. Had to buy replacement screws that were actual steel. Also, the instructions are not the best. Not a bad chair after finally getting them together.

I had to replace my patio swivel dining chairs. These are the closest to match the 4 other chairs. I am pleased with the color and fabric matching very closely the ones I have. The quality is even better than the old ones.

These chairs are awesome as is the company customer service. We bought 4 chairs, one had a slight tear in one seat. Company was super responsive and shipped a replacement seat. Great company,great chairs!
