I needed this exact size to hold a fairly heavy (45 pounds) piece of equipment inside my home. I needed to move the table to various locations in my home and so needed furniture sliders for the wood floors. Thanks to an Amazon customer for answering my question about the size of the feet. Sliders have a cup design for the feet to sit inside, so I needed them to fit. For anyone else, the dimensions are 1" X 1.75." It's not the intended use, but it solved my unique problem. These will go on the patio by a pool. Very sturdy. Won't worry about them blowing away in an Ohio storm. Easy assembly. Completed by myself. An extra hand would have been useful to help line up the holes. Love the look. Obviously haven't used them yet, but I bet they will hold up well
