If I had to do this all over I would never had ordered this online. The product itself was great but it was delivered from California and by the time it reached Kentucky twice it was missing parts from the box being beat up. It was the main gift for my 7yr old's birthday party and was 2 days late the first time missing parts. We sent it back and reordered a second time and it was also missing one essential part.     • Bad springs
We have purchased many tramps over the last 10 years with multiple moves from different states. This tramp is not very good quality springs. We have hardly used the tramp a week and multiple stretches out springs. Great height for littles and safe enclosure.

    • Trampoline not usable after only 4 months
The trampoline was fairly easy to assemble, but the quality is terrible. My 8 year olds (who weigh no more than 50 lbs each) were only able to jump on it for about 4 months before it started falling apart. The clips connecting the net at the top are not holding and the string connecting the net at the bottom is unraveling. The basketball goal now sits at an angle that doesn't allow them to use it, and the padding is thin enough to feel the springs through it.     • Terrible quality
Setup was a nightmare compared to the other one we have every piece of it is poor quality. By the time I got done setting it up my hands were silver from the spray paint on the metal. Goes very low to the ground when jumping and sits low. Legs on bottom don’t attach correctly to leg extensions and the spring pad is basically like paper. Instructions don’t make sense and requires a lot of extra steps. Would return but not worth the hassle at this point. Don’t buy. ... show more
