Travel in style with this U.S. Traveler Rio 2-piece Carry-On Luggage Set. It includes a 21" expandable, wheeled upright and a 14" boarding bag. Both pieces of the Rio luggage set meet the FAA carry-on regulations. You can easily slide the boarding bag over the handle of the 21" expandable, wheeled upright, making travel a snap. This US Traveler luggage set's metal hardware holds up to the rigors of the shipping process. Densely woven, 1200D polyester is very strong and keeps water from seeping in through the outside. The handle locks in place securely so you don't have to fiddle with it while you walk. A set of skate wheels make the luggage easier to transport without having to pick it up.

I do like this suitcase and set the color is perfect but the telescopic handle is flimsy. I bought it for my trip to New York and I was afraid that it would break as maneuver through the busy LaGuardia airport. There is nothing rugged good about this.

I like everything about the luggage except the size is smaller than it looks in the picture . Good qualities: the luggage is tough and sturdy. It is small but expandable. There are two pockets on the outside. A key comes with the luggage. There are handles on the side and top for easy airport storage areas. ** Update: bought it last year July. Only used it 3 trips. One handle bar broke. The small metal inside the handle bar broke in half while in the Singapore airport. Luckily there was a luggage shop inside the airport. I ended up purchased a Samsonite brand luggage and throw this away. Lesson learned. Don’t buy cheap luggage for traveling. Traveling is rough. Many airlines required traveller to check in the carry-on bag.. Only use it once on Europe trip. Didn’t bring the small one as it looks ugly. Use the Carry-on bag. The handle bar doesn’t stay half way. So either pull all the way out or push all the way in. I think previous someone else review has mentioned the same. I purchased it because the prize and size was right. On return trip, I check-in the carry-on bag, when I pick it up,, the outside small pocket zipper holder disappeared. Will have to figure out how to zip it on next trip. I forgot to mention that the handle bar was not sturdy. It was always warbling. On long airport walk, it actually hurt my wrist. ... show more

Not a bad product for occasional travel via car. Purchased this set for a 10 day trip to London, Paris, and Rome. Outside of the flights to London and then back home from Rome, our group either walked or used mass transit for the whole trip and changed locations about every 2 days. When I returned home 3 days ago, the bag looks like others that I've owned for 10 plus years. One of the wheels is cracked, two sides are coming apart at the stitching, and the telescoping handle will not lock in place. Also, just so u are aware, the bag WILL NOT STAND UPRIGHT when it's packed. This particular issue was beyond annoying and made me regret the purchase almost immediately. Save yourself the headaches and just spend a little extra to buy a similar sized, hard sided, quality product if you plan on airline travel. ... show more

I just completed first trip with this set. This holds A LOT . It looks small but I stuffed so much in these it's incredible. It looks very nice and the smaller bag fits nicely and is very secure on the handle. I am so glad I purchased this and would recommend it to anyone. I bought two of these sets, one from Amazon and one from another retailer simply because of color choice. I got the teal one from Amazon and the only thing I noticed, was that this one didn't roll as nicely as the other set I got from the other retailer. They are identical sets. Anyways, it's not bad, I just noticed it. This one rolls over smooth floors, textured floors, the driveway and even the plush carpet. The handle seems sturdy and the extra little bag that slides over the handle is a nice bonus. I travel a lot and have learned the hard way how to maximize my packing and I could easily get a weeks worth of travel out of this bag, if I tried a bit and also used the included smaller bag, I could go even longer with no problem. The teal is really pretty and it all around will work for my needs. I will only use it as a carry on after having my luggage lost and destroyed. Plenty of room to expand. It came with the cheap little lock and key which is fine if you don't have another lock. Overall, I am satisfied. I will update in a few weeks if it is not as expected. ... show more
