The fabric is a little bit thinner, but I actually like that as opposed to a heavy weight sweat pant fabric can be worn in light weather, or layered on with colder weather. My only dislike is that the seem to run very small. I love that these have pockets. I need it when I work out for phone, locker key, etc. When I got them, I had to send them back for being too large. I have a good size now, but was bummed that one of my pairs has a hole in the pocket. I didn't want to send them back again. They are definitely comfortable. Wash them a couple of times first...the inside (black especially) has lots of fuzz that gets on your body and sticks with the sweat from working out. ... show more

The right pocket was sewed closed, and they were basically a size larger than what they say they are. I bought basically the same pair but a different color a few weeks ago. Those were a perfect medium. These are pretty much a large labeled as medium. The waist band was also a lot thinner than the first pair as well. I really wish they were the same size because I do like them for the price. and now I'm scared to order another pair because I don't know if it's either going to be a medium, or a large, labeled medium. ... show more
