If you are over the top of any size by even a small amount then the helmet will most likely be tight on you.
  • Size Chart (Circumference of the largest part of your head, usually just above the eyebrows) in inches 3XL -- 24 to 24.5"; 4XL -- 24.5 t0 25". Leave the measuring tape loose a bit, don't pull it too tight. Loose like a hat would fit. The size chart is meant to be a starting point.

With sturdy adjustable ventilation, moisture wicking liner, and interior channeling, this full face helmet is perfect for riding in hot or cold weather. An anti-scratch, impact resistant clear face shield comes installed with quick-change brackets for swapping for a tinted option (sold separately). A removable breath deflector helps to reduce condensation and keep the helmet cool. Securing a proper fit and removing the this full face helmet is easy thanks to the quick release strap.

My first helmet that I got was the MMG stealth XL at the time I didn't have thick long hair. Fast forward 2 years later that helmet no longer fits because of my locks. I spent weeks trying to figure out what size helmet I would need, eventually I went to cycle gear and the biggest they had was a 3X and the salesman told 4x would be perfect. Then I spent another week online trying to find 4x helmets that were just too expensive for ME most of them were sold out anyway. Decided to search "Xxxxl" instead of "4x" helmets and BOOM , TYPHOON came up. 😁 I'm legit happy with the price and the fit. Winters right around the corner and I don't have to worry about my eyes freezing now🤣.. Im 100% read the reviews guy so I hope you see this. THE GOOD: It's a really sharp looking helmet. The finish is great. The shield on mine works great, stays up, and is easy to pull down if need be. Vents keep me cool during the ride, and again, just flip on the shield at lights and all is good. Super comfortable, can wear it all day on a ride. THE BAD: Really the only thing wrong is that there is no secure metal piece built in that I can use to hook my helmet to my bike lock when I want to leave it with the bike when doing inside stores, business, ect. That and the anti-fog shield would be nice. The fog this isn't terrible I just lift the shield up momentarily and it goes away, but its worth mentioning. THE QUESTIONABLE I've read there have been shipping problems, I actually got mine early, and it fit great. It does say in the description that the customer pays return costs. My head was 25 1/4 inch. ordered 3xl. Fit great. If you're looking for a great-looking, comfortable helmet without spending tons of money this a great choice. ... show more

The quality and fit of this helmet was better than expected and is actually comfortable. I had to send one back from another company because an XXL wasn't big enough, and after readind comments and properly measuring my head, I found that 24.5" plus is a 4XL. dont be afraid to buy it, its a good product, probably the only under $100 helmet you'll be able to find. plenty of ventilated ports to open as well. update, I've been surprised how quiet it is, its been very comfortable and no issues at all, its probably the best helmet ive ever used which sorta shocks me a bit, it has a great visor defogger vent that actually works. just get it even though the shipping costs are sorta high. ... show more

I bought this for my husband who is 6’2” and has a large head after we purchased another much more expensive brand in the largest size they had, 2xl, but we returned it when he couldn’t even get on his head. So I searched Amazon and this is one of a very few places that offers 4xl. We didn't really know if that was his size (but had no worries because returns or exchanges with Amazon are easy) but when we got it, it fit perfectly and is of high quality and looks great!!!!! I got a 4xl and it was too tight.I measured my head like the chart said ,so it should've fit. They charged over $18 to ship it and want $8.50 to send it back, what a waste of money
