  • Love it!
Size: black(round keycaps)
This keyboard is amazing. My first one had an issue with a few of the function keys not working, but I loved it so much regardless that I opted to get a replacement, and said replacement has no problems whatsoever. The typing is crisp and loud, the keys are easy to remove for cleaning, everything's quick and reactive, and the colors are gorgeous, and come in such a huge array of different lighting options (pulsing, flowing, etc.) So far I'm extremely happy with it. ... show more

  • Can't complain…
Size: black(square keycaps)
Needed to replace my keyboard after a certain fool (me) had the brilliant idea to use a Shop Vac to try to get the dust out and sucked up a bunch of keys. [face palm] I needed a keyboard that would work with my Mac, but would also be Windows-compatible since I work remotely in a Windows environment. Additionally, I do like backlit keys, and I prefer an old-school type of keyboard, where the keys have some meat and click sounds to them, rather than the laptop-style of keyboard with flat keys. This one fit the bill nicely, had a good price point, and was at my house approximately 24 hours after I ordered it. Running it through its paces, it feels comfortable under my fingers, and since I type for quite a few hours each day, that's very important. A minor quibble: On my keyboard at least, the little indicator light for Number Lock doesn't appear to work at all, and it seems that the NumLock key itself doesn't function — or, it actually does work, but as another backspace key, rather than toggling NumLock on and off. No matter which keystrokes I use based on the little instruction manual, I can't seem to change that. (Also, I have no idea what the little "W" light means.) But, since I always leave the calculator side of a keyboard set on NumLock anyway, using the regular arrow keys to move around, this really isn't an issue for me. When I hit the calculator pad, I expect numbers to come up, and that's what happens here. All in all, for this price, the quickness of delivery, the good feel of the keys, and its seamless integration with both Mac OS and Windows, it's a good bargain. (When I clean this keyboard out, I'll be sure to use a compressed air blower rather than a Shop Vac.) ... show more

  • Awesome keyboard
Size: black(square keycaps)
This keyboard is so awesome! I'm glad I bought it. It's comfortable to use and has just the right amount of "clicky clack". It's not an annoying "clicky clack". It's that old style typewriter "clicky clack" that is satisfying to hear. The light up keys are gorgeous, too. The colors can be changed and the silver rim on the keys perfectly reflects the light to give it the right amount of pop. ... show more

  • Great Keyboard But...
Size: black(round keycaps)
So, I've been keeping my eye out for a type writer style keyboard for awhile and I saw this one scrolling through the options. Overall, it's a nice keyboard with some surprising "features" that I didn't expect. Pros: 1. There is some "resistance" to the keys, ensuring you don't accidentally press a key with the slightest amount of pressure. I've come across some keyboards like this and I consider it a massive pro. 2. The spacing between keys is actually not a problem, which I was worried about the spacing causing issues but I'm happy to say that it isn't the case, you can glide your finger over each key without your finger getting caught between the keys. 3. The "clicky" sound that the keys make is very satisfying if that's what you're looking for. 4. The lighting is exactly as pictured and the colors are very beautiful. I ordered the black with rainbow lighting for reference. Cons: 1. The biggest con for me is the fact that my windows key does not work. Even though the indicator light shows that the window key is "on" it just doesn't function as intended. At first I was going to send the keyboard back but I googled to see if the mac/window compatibility has something to do with it. Turns out that is the case, the windows function is actually bound to Ctrl+Esc on my keyboard. So, instead of sending it back I've decided to keep it. 2. The keys are "higher" than a regular keyboard, so you need to press further than what a regular keyboard requires. Having said this, I think it's probably a normal thing for type writer keyboards in general, so this might be a pro or a con for you. Overall, I'm very happy with this keyboard and recommend it if you're looking for this style. It might take a bit to get used to but it is very pleasant to type with! If you run into issues with the windows key, just try Ctrl+Esc first. UPDATE: I figured out why the windows key wasn't working!! So, if the indicator light on the right is "on" then that means the windows key is "locked." So, I checked the manual and the key command to unlock your windows key is Fn+W-L. Once the light is off, then you should be able to use the windows key!! ... show more

  • Camiysn Typewriter Style Mechanical Keyboard, White Retro Keyboard with Blue Backlit, 104
Size: white(round keycaps)
To get it out of the way, no this is not the keyboard for an open office space. It would be too loud & distracting for those around you. With the help of YouTube changing the switches to sound reducing switches (MAY) help reduce this. I’m no expert, just a satisfied customer. I’m lucky enough to work from home and have a private office when onsite. I use a generic company usb dell headset for my computer and a one ear Bluetooth headset for my work cellphone. Neither are anything fancy, $15-30 max, so the clicking shouldn’t be a problem for most headsets. If you work alone and over the phone you’ll have no problems! I love the round typewriter keys, the tactile feedback is great, key clicks make me want to type faster and faster. The wrist rest is surprisingly a perfect slant for me. Stating the obvious but, it’s a gorgeous keyboard, cool backlight features (backlight color cannot be changed. The white/clear lighting looks a little blue with the blue key switches, personally I think it compliments the white and silver well. ... show more
