This is the 3rd cordless hair straightener so far and I can honestly say that this one is the best one so far. It has exceeded my expectations especially since these are "bristles" and more like a brush rather than a flat iron. It gets pretty hot and yet the tip of the bristles remain safe to touch. The product itself is user friendly and can be figured out without even looking at the manual. I was able to straighten my hair with it and am so excited that I can just keep this in my car and get ready as a I go now while my husband drives! I really like this straightening brush. It is cordless and holds a charge well. It’s great to take along on a trip. It even comes with a carrying case. It heats up fast and makes my hair look shiny, straight and healthy. My 11 year old loves to use it as well. It’s super compact and lightweight.

After ordering this I did some research and found out it went viral on social media, which I thought was interesting. I couldn’t wait to find out why. I’ve only charged it once and used it twice, so it seems to have a decent battery life. The light indicator is useful so you can tell if it’s charged or what heat level it’s at. It’s easy to cycle through the three heat levels, and it’s impressive how quickly it heats up. The most innovative part about this brush is that it’s almost impossible to burn yourself. You can feel a little heat from it, but the hot part of the bristles are housed in a protective layer. You can touch it without touching the heated section without harming yourself. I can press it against my scalp and still be fine. It’s hard to explain, but it’s really cool. The performance of the brush as a straightener is good, but not as amazing as I’d imagine for a viral product. It does make my hair straighter, but it takes a long time. I didn’t find it totally frizz-free either. My waves are a bit straighter resistant, I suppose. It is nice for flyaways when wanting to keep my hair wavier. It does glide through my hair easily as long as it’s not super tangled. I know I shouldn’t judge it on looks, but I love the pink color and cute appearance. It’s a good size for travel, and it even has a nice travel bag to go along with it. The clips and charger are a nice bonus. Most modern products don’t come with the charging pet and just the wire, so I appreciate that this one came with a wall plug. Overall, this is a nice product. The best feature is that it’s safer when it comes to burns while still being functional. I’d get it again. ... show more

I really wasn't sure about this going in but after testing it out, I am very happy with it! The Good: It's size is compact and easily to use and work with. Once the initial charge, which took longer than the two hours in the directions, it reached perfect temputures within a minute or two! Great that it has different settings for the different types of hair. I like not having a cord to get tangled up in while I'm trying to do my hair!! - BIG plus!! It is small that it fits in my easily and helps me control exactly how I want to style my hair: straight, curled in or curled out. Easily fits in a carry on, large purse or gym bag which makes great for touch-ups too! Things I would recommend to the maker: The little insert for the charging plug really really needs to be attached with something. I will probably loose one day.
