We had an ugly, uneven joint at the bottom of our RV's plastic shower stall where the walls of the shower meets the floor. With this tape, we were able to use it as a molding to hide the joint and resolve our issue with this. What I do recommend is prior to use, leave tape in the area where you are going to apply as the tape needs to accommodate to the ambient temperature, otherwise after applying, the tape will pull off at corner areas as it did where the walls made a rounded 90-degree bend. When applying, do not pull or stretch the tape, otherwise shrinkage from a temperature change will occur causing the corners to lift. Luckly, we saw this occur about an hour after installation and were able to remove, reuse the same tape and reset the tape and finish the job. Update: We noticed that the material is subject to temperature changes and corners where product meets tend to separate and create gaps. For straight area works fine but for rounded outside corners does not hold up. ... show more

Hard to install but does exactly what its supposed to do. I didn't clean and dry particularly well but still it seems to stick well after about a month. Took a nasty corner in my shower and covered it up nicely. It's not a high end look. Must be youtube videos that can help you with install technique although mine came out fine despite not feeling at all confident during install. Also, I recall using a product like this years ago. I messed up the installation very badly but recovered nicely by using caulk . The caulk worked great because it allowed me to slide the edging into exactly the position I wanted it in. The adhesive that comes on the edging gives you little flexibility. ... show more

It installs easy, and comes off easy roo! In fact too easy. Put it on, looked great! Got up the next morning and it is all OFF! Like Magic! just sitting there, no longer stuck to the surface. It still felt very sticky I thought maybe restock it with a little added pressure. Off again 20 min later. Take out the hair dryer to warm the adhesive maybe that will work. Nope! Save yourself the magic tricks, it won't stay put. Additionally I had cleamed the surface prior and used rubbing alcohol to ensure it was clean and dry prior to install. I even left for 1 hr between the clean and install. So definitely prepped and dry prior. Highly disappointed. Had it adhered and stayed in place the overall look was nice., what I was expecting. Used this on a kitchen countertop. It sticks really well and makes a tight seal. Water hasn't made it release its grip and don't think it will. You can save money by buying more than one roll at a time.

Didn't realize how thick it was gonna be on the floor and toilet/tub. It looks clean but bulky. Was extremely easy to use so I'll test out the wear of it and change to a skinnier one if the thickness dosen't grow on me.

I used it around the bottom of my bathtub on the outside and the tape is already lifting up. It's a hassle to have to constantly push the tape down. I am thinking of just pulling it all off and finding something better. I would not recommend this product.
