    • Very Light Weight And Easy To Roll Around
So the one I requested is the smallest 19" one. The case is extremely light weight, perhaps lighter than my cloth carry-on suitcase of similar size. The outer shell is, as you'd expect, is the ABS+PC plastic/polymer material. I never tested the hardness of the material, so cannot testify how sturdy and tough it can be. The blue metallic colored shell is nice, almost looks like it is aluminum case or something. The extendable handle comes in three different levels, that could be handy, depending on how tall you are, or, what you are doing, I guess. The suitcase rolled without any issues on the carpeted floor. The key feature of this carry-on suitcase is the easy access to the laptop compartment through the pocket/cover. However, unlike what my assumption dictated, that pocket is the main and the only opening to get into the luggage. Hmmm... well, since all laptops and their accessories come in various sizes and thicknesses, you probably don't want to limit the depth of this pocket compartment, I guess. But I felt it is a bit of security bleach of a sort. The combination lock holds the main zippers locked. Once they are unlocked and released, both zippers move smoothly and flawlessly. You will find many zippers and pockets inside the suitcase. Since my bag is a small carry-on for the overhead bin storage, interior is small. Unfortunately, looks much smaller than my cloth carry-on, but that was kind of expected from a hardshell luggage cases. A pair of guy's sneakers probably fill up the majority of space. I always carry a large tote bag and strap it to the small suitcase, so definitely grab a good luggage belt (over the handle type) to get additional luggage capacity. I recently got a bag that can store a suit and a pair of shoes plus alpha that you can strap on to a suitcase and carry around. I am sure I will make a good use out of that bag together with this suitcase. (Yes, I hate carrying the full-sized suitcases with so much passion) I have a mixed feeling about this suitcase, due to the things mentioned above, but it is also a matter of getting used to a different way. So if you have past the discomfort points I had and are fine with having only one pocket-like access point to the whole luggage case, then you are ready to grab this suitcase for your next trip. ... show more

This is a light weight yet sturdy carry on suitcase. It's wheels are very maneuverable and feel like they'll hold up. The storage size is big enough to comfortably fit shoes and clothes for a short trip. You can fit two pairs of shoes if you stack them and extend the luggage via a zipper. My only issue with this luggage is how you open it. You have to first open the front compartment to access the zipper for the primary compartment. This does proved some potential added security but it makes it slightly less accessible. This isn't a major issue though and I'm still overall happy with this luggage ... show more

Out of the box this luggage feels very sturdy and well built. The zippers open and close effortlessly, they used larger wheels making this luggage easy to move, the the pull handle goes up and down easily, and the combination lock is easy to use. There are a lot of zippered pockets for storage including the section designed for a notebook computer or tablet. There is also a zipper that allows for expansion when needed. I ordered the smaller 19” piece and there is only one handle on top as opposed to top, side and bottom, like that I have seen with other size or brand luggage. The lock prevents access to both the computer compartment and the main clothing storage section. I like that the lock protects both, but I am not nuts that you must fully open the computer section first to gain access to the main storage compartment and that compartments zipper. This makes entry into the main storage area somewhat cumbersome. Overall, a solid and fully functional product. ... show more

Tydeckare rolling suitcase is a perfect size for carry on and yet is roomy enough for clothes for a short trip. The locking mechanism on top is easy to understand and an initial 000 code can be easily turned into a personal lock and unlock code. The two center zipper clasps are the locking mechanism used to lock the zipper in place. The inside of the suitcase is perfectly arranged to keep contents easily stored. This includes a zippered mesh compartment for toiletries, a zippered compartment for socks and undies and there is also even space for a laptop computer with a sturdy strap to keep the computer stowed in place. The pocket beneath the laptop storage could be used for paper files or office supplies. The zippered compartment below this first compartment is roomy and has a restraining X-strap to hold clothes in place and the bonus is another zippered compartment. Gotta add my two thumbs up on this one. Just used it on a 4 day trip and it was perfect. Really lightweight and rugged, and once you got used to the opening method it makes total sense to minimize external zippers and such. Love that they use YYK and I think this will last me quite a while. The hard shell seems very durable and the wheels look like they'll last too. I got the blue, and find it attractive. Very good add to my luggage collection - I needed a smaller carryon with great expandability. ... show more
