For the price of buying renewers, or worse yet, paying someone else to renew your lights, you can replace your faded lights with these. Mine fit perfectly and took less than a half hour to install and adjust. They offer sets to do both headlights and signal lights for a great price. Make sure you get the same ones that are on your truck because there are a couple of different ones. Look at the back of your lights and the pictures of the backs of these lights on Amazon and you should be ok. ... show more

The quality fit and finish of these headlights are the same as the factory Ford replacements and the ones that originally came on the truck. Could not ask for a better part at ten times the price. These are better than some $350 a set lights I have seen.

Fits exactly like OEM, which wasn't perfect. Typical quality for the cost: not outstanding, but very good; a little flashing left on plastic, especially around connector, but nothing that gets in the way of function. The main reason I gave only 4 out of 5 stars is the brittleness of the clips. My 13 yr. old original clips are still sturdier than the ones that come with this. HINT: you can swap good old clips with new ones, if necessary. It was nice to have the bulb already installed, so that saved this item from a 3 star. Price is very reasonable for what you get. I feel better knowing my wife is safer now that she can see the road more clear with these headlights since she leaves for work very early in the morning. Now she can see much further ahead and off to the sides of the road also. The headlights are made very well and inexpensive.

This headlight assembly for my 97 F150 was an exact fit replacement. Could not be better. Lens is ultra clear. I should have done this years ago. Don't bother buffing -- replace it. It also included a new lamp. I suggest you get the right-angle adjusting tool while you are at it.

4 stars because they don't fit the grill quite as flush as the OE units, but as other posters have said, quality is excellent and if you don't want to pay the Ford price of admission for the original units, these are the budget aftermarket to get. Bought for a 2000 F150 XCab. And a small note, the fit difference is minor. They come with new 9007 bulbs, too, though I reused my Sylvania and kept the others as back up. You really can not beat these for the price. BTW, if you want to adjust/aim this kind of Ford headlamp, you'll need Lisle 14540 tool to do it. Otherwise, just make sure you get the adjusters close to the old ones before installing, assuming your old ones were aimed right! ... show more
