TWSupply Exothermic Cutting System Kit is a complete professional-grade cutting solution designed for heavy-duty metal cutting, piercing, and stuck pin removal applications. Commonly used in heavy equipment repair, this system removes frozen or seized pins by burning through the center of the pin, heating it internally while removing core material so the pin shrinks and releases with reduced mechanical force. Using high-temperature exothermic cutting rods and industrial oxygen, the System cuts virtually any metal including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and copper. Unlike traditional oxy-fuel cutting systems, the Sure Cut process requires no preheating, no electrical power, and minimal surface preparation, making it ideal for field repairs, demolition work, salvage operations, and remote job sites.
