Description
The Oxylance Sure Cut Exothermic Cutting System (JRSC2024S) is a complete, professional-grade cutting solution most commonly used for removing stuck or frozen pins from heavy equipment. By burning through the center of the pin, the system heats it internally while removing core material, causing the pin to shrink and release, making extraction faster and easier with minimal mechanical force. In addition to pin removal, the system cuts virtually any metal—ferrous or non-ferrous—without preheating, surface cleaning, or electrical power. Using high-temperature exothermic cutting rods, the Sure Cut System delivers faster piercing and cutting performance than oxy-acetylene or carbon arc gouging while leaving no carbon residue behind. The system supports safe standoff cutting, allows rods to be joined to extend reach, and is widely used in maintenance, demolition, and rescue operations. The JRSC2024S kit includes everything needed to begin cutting immediately in a rugged, jobsite- ready package.
