  • Good for the price
Style: Tan
I like the items prices fair and quality is pretty good

  • Nice, functional two point rifle sling
Style: Camo
I didn't exactly know what to expect for such an inexpensive rifle sling. I am pleasantly surprised at the decent quality at this price point. I could tell that the connectors clips were plastic so I was afraid they might be easily breakable. It turns out they are much sturdier than many that I have seen and look like they may hold up pretty well. The camo pattern is attractive and the materials are decent. The most important parts needed for strength like the rings are actually metal so that is good. I like the fact that there are covers built in for the clips. The elastic at both ends seems substantial and I am happy with it. I think it looks nice and will serve the purpose that I mean to use it for. To help understand how I rate items: My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. If I give a product four stars, it is because I believe it is a very good product. To get five stars from me requires a product to go above and beyond and really impress me beyond my expectations. By the same token, a product has to be VERY, VERY bad to get only one star from me. One thing that I DON'T take into consideration with my ratings is price. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don't take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product: ***** Five stars - The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed. **** Four stars - The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would Most likely purchase it again if needed . *** Three stars - The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don't like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative. ** Two stars - The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it. * One star - The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible. ... show more

  • Works as intended
Style: Camo
Works like you'd expect. These I feel are a little better quality than some of the cheaper options. Note: the "pad" isn't a pad. It's just a folded and Velcro piece of material but it'd be easy enough to put some foam or something in it if needed. Elastic is sturdy so far and the hooks seem of decent quality, the paint comes off of them easily but eh they're covered anyway. ... show more

  • Too long
Style: Green
This thing is completely way too long to be useful. I'm 6' and on the shortest setting it goes from the ground to the middle of my chest. Might be great for someone who is literally over 350lbs or for use on a full legnth flintlock type musket. It is very well made just about 3' too long.

  • Durable with some elasticity - higher quality but still nylon
Style: Tan
This is honestly a pretty great sling for the price. the webbing feels tough, like it would take a lot of punishment and keep going. I think you'd have to deliberately try to cut it. I've put it through some desert training and it's held up very well. The only thing I find annoying is probably what the company considers a "feature." The hooks/clips are partially covered by some elastic webbing. It covers the clips, and I'm sure that this may have benefits over time in terms of protection from corrosion/damage...but it's pretty annoying when you're trying to attach or remove the sling. Overall, I would put this in the "high quality budget tier" sling. It fits my needs - in that I have quite a few rifles and I'd prefer to have slings for each of them. However, if you're looking for a high quality, high comfort sling and are willing to pay substantially more - then look elsewhere. If you're looking for a durable sling that will do all the things a sling does best - this should cover it. ... show more

  • basic but strong!
Style: Green
One of the main features that I appreciate about this sling is the adjustable length. This allows me to customize the fit to my body and the type of rifle I am carrying. Whether I am using a shorter rifle for hunting or a longer rifle for target shooting, the sling can easily be adjusted to fit my needs. The two point attachment also provides a secure and stable hold on the rifle. I have used this sling while hiking through rough terrain and have never had to worry about my rifle slipping or becoming unbalanced. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus on my surroundings rather than constantly adjusting my rifle. Another great aspect of this sling is the quick-release buckle. This makes it easy to quickly and safely remove the rifle from the sling when needed. I have found this especially useful when transitioning from carrying the rifle to shooting it. The overall design of the sling is also very sleek and low-profile. It does not add any unnecessary bulk or weight to the rifle, which is important for me as I often have to carry my rifle for long distances. The material is also quiet, so it does not make any noise that could potentially scare off game while hunting. In terms of durability, this sling has exceeded my expectations. I have used it in various weather conditions and it has held up well without any signs of wear or tear. The stitching is strong and the materials are high-quality, making this sling a long-lasting investment. Overall, I highly recommend the two point rifle sling to any gun owner. It is a versatile and reliable accessory that has greatly improved my shooting experience. Whether for hunting, target shooting, or just carrying my rifle on a hike, this sling has proven to be an essential piece of gear. ... show more
