Game is ok but it was a let down compared to it's predecessor Two Point Hospital. Gameplay just doesn't flow as well or make as much sense as a loop to me.

    • Can’t skip tutorial mode?

I was looking forward to this game, but after playing it for a couple of hours I am a little disappointed. As far as I can tell, you must play the first college as a tutorial, which is really annoying. If you played Two Point Hospital, the controls will probably be intuitive. Even if you didn’t play it, the controls are easy. The games visuals look good, the sound/radio is great, but the game feels more automated than the hospital version. The students have needs and wants, which are easily measured and attended to by building and adding soda machines, showers, etc. I don’t like that you only need one bed for every five students and it takes away from the challenge of managing your space and balancing the needs of your students. Maybe I am comparing the game unfairly to The Sims University add on from many years ago. So far I am enjoying the game, but have yet to find it challenging or as fun as the hospital version. ... show more

The game arrived today (day of release) in the early afternoon. I preordered this game months ago and then the release date got pushed back. Which is annoying but fine and not Amazon’s fault. The dlc wasn’t working but was fixed a week later, again not Amazon’s fault.

First I'd like to say that I have the Nintendo switch version and have no dlc issues. I played the game Two Point Hospital prior to this and I have to say I feel like they really improved and fixed things I didn't like about the Hospital one. I saw someone had said you can't skip the tutorial which is true! However, you don't play the entire first area in tutorial mode and it just gets you set up (maybe 10-15mins). One the main game screen you can also sign up for Two Point County, but you'll have to search online for the website (not the same as Two Point Hospital or Campus, a separate site) and it gives you a free golden toilet. All in all I love the music and gameplay so I would highly recommend it ... show more
