We both have back issues and after a few nights sleeping on this hybrid mattress, the stiffness in our backs have decreased immensely! The mattress material is good, however, for couples it gets bend a lot. It needs to be a little firmer as per does NOT OFFER SUPPORT AT ALL TO THE BACK. Update —> seller offer me a deal to change the review, to be honest I don’t feel comfortable lying. However the mattress I order is a Queen size 12 inch the material is good, it feels really soft and it’s way better than the floor, but it bends and does not offer support to the back, I saw a review about a skinny girl here with a video and it shows the mattress bend when she’s sitting on it, imagine with big customers? The seller is great at trying to fix the issue but they need to make a more supportive mattress. I bought as per recommendation from seller a topper it still did not work. ... show more

I saw reviews for this and took a chance (thinking people were just being paid for good reviews or something), but it’s actually a great mattress! Kinda firm but soft enough that I still sink in some. The movement transfer is pretty good too. When I put more weight in one spot, my cats don’t sink in there like they did with my old one. BE CAREFUL OPENING IT! I thought I was but I guess I cut too far in at first and it SHOT open lol That’s on me, just a warning for others! I’m very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I was concerned about purchasing a mattress on line, but this is a great mattress!! It reached a full 10” almost as soon as it was taken out of the packaging. I let it sit a full 72 hours as recommended before actually making the bed to sleep on it. It is so comfortable! It is quite firm while also being plush. I laid on the bed for a few minutes , and my child almost had to wake me to get into it. I have a very expensive king size bed and this is just as good and comfortable.(No one is more surprised than me.) I feel good knowing that it comes with a 10 year warranty, but I hope that I never need to use it. ... show more

Very thick, fluffy mattress. I'd call it firm-soft because it is very solid, but very conforming. Since getting this bed a week ago my back pain has vastly improved, and I've slept better. I was nervous about spending that kind of money on a mattress, but I think it was well worth the price.
