I bought it mainly for my 5-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter to enjoy together during playtime, movie watching, and reading. Since I already had a spare twin mattress, setting it up felt like an easy way to turn an unused space into something more engaging. The overall quality feels solid, with sturdy poles and soft fabric that holds its shape well once assembled. It does take a bit of time and patience to put together, and it wasn’t the easiest setup on the first try, but it became manageable once I figured out the structure. The interior space is roomy enough for lounging comfortably, which makes it feel more like a small indoor fort than just a bed covering. The star lights are a nice touch and definitely add to the “magical” feel at night, though the quality is fairly basic. They also aren’t the easiest to hang neatly since there aren’t built-in loops, so they end up draped around the tent. I see them more as a fun decorative bonus rather than a standout feature. I also appreciate that the design works well for both boys and girls without feeling overly themed in one direction and that it’s marketed for both genders.
