This product is a game changer for plucking those crazy chin and lip hairs that start creeping in once your hormones deplete. Let's face it ladies, it's hard to get the tweezers to grab all those pesky hairs (especially if you are blond like me.) Just roll this contraption over the area where you want hairs to be removed and the spring thing pulls them out. Yes it hurts, but not too bad. Definitely not as bad as waxing. The best part is it can grab stubbies that I was failingto grab with traditional tweezers. Lasts much longer than shaving, which can have hairs poking their heads back the next day, because hairs are removed from beneath the surface of the skin. Many how to videos on social media sites. Tweezerman makes quality products, but this item is simply ineffective. The two-hand operation means you are unable to apply any additional tension to the skin surface, which is critical for removing hair at the root. The twisting coil is a poor hair removal method even with a motorized coil, and this manual coil does not rotate sufficiently in one twist of the hand to remove hair effectively - just grabs the hair and holds on but does not tweeze (ouch!). Get a Braun Face Epilator FaceSpa (900 Series) instead - costs 4 times as much but the dual-direction rotating multi-tweezer head works 100 times better!

It's great for getting small hairs but kind of sucks for anything bigger. I go over my upper lip with this a few times and then go back over with tweezers to get what this can't.

This is the second one I brought. The first one I owned for more than a year. It works really well to remove all fine facial and lip hair. It doesn't cause any irritation or pain. Most important you don't need to apply any wax or cream to remove your hair with this. So I purchased 2nd one. But this only last for two months and colored handle kept fall out and the coil exposed. I was surprised by the quality. Too bad. I passed the time to return.

I had purchased a similar item several years ago and it worked great. Everyone wanted to borrow it and it didn't make it home the last time. I thought Tweezerman would be good and ordered this. Very hard to use and doesn't remove the chin hairs that I need it for.
