So we bought this hair originally just to have something for my daughters cheer competitions… I was planning on buying human hair but it would not come in time for her first competition so we gave these a try…. My daughter is 5 and having her sit for to long for hair makeup, she starts getting frustrated this helps cut some time down as well as not damage her hair ……her hair is very difficult hair to match as she has many shades of brown in her hair this hair matched her perfectly. We did purchase quite a few of these to try to find the closest match and the return policy was nice…. I have to say the quality is amazing we didn’t end up buying the human hair as this has held up really nicely all season so far she’s worn it to four competitions and it’s still beautiful. Just brush it out pop it in and it looks great. No teasing no curling nothing just slick her hair in a bun pop the hair in and go …..This 12 inch length is perfect for little ones 8 and under or if there little…. we bought the 16 inch version for my tall 11 year older daughter cheer completions and it is just as beautiful and perfect for older girls

I frequently purchase extensions and pony pieces, both for convenience/time saving, & and also to give my kinky curly, frizzy & color/heat damaged hair, extended rest breaks from further styling & heat damage. It is so helpful to me to be able to apply a good leave in conditioner to the ends & other trouble areas of my own hair, pull it up, clip in my pony, and I'm out the door in the mornings. Giving your own hair an all day conditioning treatment, while rocking a super cute pony, is a win win for sure! I've tried several competitors' pieces, and Prettyshop has THE best quality hair at the best prices, by far. Even better than some of the human Remy hair I've tried, for a fraction of the cost! I am very picky about the style, texture and color match of the pieces I'll wear, (especially in public & at work) and Prettyshop's products deliver. The different color tones in the blonde pieces, are both believable and beautiful, (never too 'shiny', like Barbie hair) with lots of hair that's very thick & full-not like some of the other wispy & thin pieces I've tried from other sellers. These ponies have an awesome layered cut, with lots of volume & bounce, and very little shedding. I've received several compliments from people who have no clue that it isn't my real hair - which is the true test, for me, giving me that reassurance and added self-confidence, that's so important when wearing hair that's not your own. So wanted to love these. We bought a few different types and styles of hair extensions for a fuller ponytail on my daughter. She felt pretty but it was not at all what we hoped for. First off a bad not so good to the nose smell, and second it wasn’t as realistic looking as other products we have purchased. I liked the price, but the quality just wasn’t as good as others. We will keep on the hunt.

This was really easy to use. Just put your real hair in a bun, attach the hair piece around the bun with the attached hair combs, and pull down on the bungie cord to tighten. It took like a minute to do. My only issue is that it looks a little plastic like if you get really close up but that's probably just because the color I need is really hard to make look natural. I'm growing out my hair to it's natural gray. The colors do match perfectly. It gives me Fran from the Nanny, the 90's show vibes. I love it.

I am actually blown away by this hairpiece. It looks so good. I didn't have very high expectations for the cost. We usually purchase hairpieces from well known cheer hairpiece websites that cost a couple hundred dollars. I thought I would get this last minute and we'd use it once until the more expensive one came in. We are actually planning to use this one instead. The coloring and weight are so much better.

Overall the hair piece was great. It came styled and looked amazing on my 9 year old. She wore it for a 2 day competition and as you can imagine it needed to be brought back to life. I tried curling it and it did not work at ALL!! It actually began straightening it!! I followed the instructions and curled at 130c. Unfortunately it is not salvageable and I have to look for a new one for her.

Easy to put on, blended perfectly with my hair, looked and acted like real hair. most importantly already curly. I used it when I cosplayed as Megara from Disney's Hercules, it stayed on all day. It weighed no more then my actual hair but i didn't have to fight my naturally straight hair to stay curly in high humidity. it works exactly as described, to blend it i just wrapped a ribbon around base of it but that was more so for costume look then anything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a curly pony tail with out all the hassle of curling your own hair

The media could not be loaded. I love the curls, color, length, how easy it is to apply & is secured, easily brushed without styling products & it had no knots or hair fall out which I love & came in perfect conditions, is nicely packed, & looks just like the picture but maybe it’s just me but it doesn’t look good on me from the back viewpoint. Amazing volume though! I don’t look good with big volume on the top of my ponytail. It has that tease hair effect which looks fantastic on some people but sadly not on me. BUT all to say, I would recommend buying if you like a volume tease pony effect because everything is amazing but it definitely is something worth trying on first to see if it's flattering on you.
