The media could not be loaded. I like the looks. Great fits for my living room. Was not very easy nor so hard to assemble. Needed help from both paper and 3D instructions. Didn’t say anything about how to attach the stand with my wall to make it kids safe.

    • Mastec - Horrible Technician Services - Please MAKE IT CLEAR ON CHECKOUT
I was not aware that the assembly service does not do white glove service and bring the item into the master bedroom these media consoles and fireplaces that I have ordered with Amazon Prime require men to lift them, due to my back and me being one person this is why I hired and paid for someone to come lift the product and put it in the right room just like with TV installations. However, not only did MASTEC mess up my TV installations, they were FORCING me to give them good reviews which I did not knowing that they did a complete mess up of my jobs and didn't conceal the wiring for my TV's either, then I go buy this product and notice its the same company MASTEC, to which the guy came in the door very rude and said you have to take the product upstairs were talking 150 pounds of weight and very heavy wood, I have 10 disc herniations I told him My spine would snap and I would have to be rushed to the hospital, Still I told him if your not willing to do what i Paid for which is take the unit upstairs and install it then get out of my house and i'll file a complaint vs your company in court for messing up my drywalls for the TV installations and I will cancel this order. Amazon STOP USING MASTEC AND MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOUR TOP CUSTOMERS OF WHAT IS INCLUDED AND HAVE MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR US TO CHOOSE WHO WE WANT TO ASSEMBLE AND WHAT COMPANY WE CAN CHOOSE NOT JUST USE RANDOM COMPANIES THAT GIVE US POOR SERVICE LIKE THIS, ITS LIKE TELLING SOMEONE TO LiFT A 300 pound FIREPLACE WHEN YOU HIRE AND PAY EXTRA TO HAVE THIS SERVICE DONE, OVERALL THEY HAVE POOR RATINGS ONLINE TOO! I bought it for my rental house, I was expecting a high gloss white but its not... ohh well.. for this price it doesnt really bother me but I think I saw it on this page as high gloss... that makes me a little bit dissapointed. other then that it says that can lift only 48'' TV but I have 55'' and still is great. easy to assamble, from far looks more expensive then it really was. i like it.big drawers tho. ... show more

I was nervous about purchasing this item after I read the reviews, but I bought it before I did so. After it arrives there was no sign of any damage to it and I was elated. Once it came time to put in the top on that one I noticed the slight damage on the top. It’s about the size of a quarter and can only be seen when you stand up close to it. Is not the worst and I won’t be returning it for the amount of time that it will take to do so but I’m not to upset about it. ... show more
