I have an 18 foot pontoon boat and this cover fits great. Works like a charm! It is very heavy duty, others that cost more aren’t built as well as this one. I have been using it for maybe 4 months and havnt had any issue. It is a little tricky to get installed due to its weight, but I believe that’s the best part about it. I didn’t have my support poles adjusted right when I first started using it and it held about 200 gallons of water in a big pool but did not rip or tear at all. This happened twice with no issue. The straps work well and reach to the trailer with no issue. Overall great value and great buy!

I requested this pontoon boat cover to use while my 20 ft boat is stored, and I’m very pleased with the overall quality. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, with all components included. It's important to note that this is a storage cover, not a mooring cover—so it's designed when your pontoon is on the trailer, not docked in the water. The material is a heavy-duty polyester that feels very durable, and the stitching throughout is clean and solid. I’m impressed with the build and workmanship. The black and gray color looks great, and I found a helpful tag labeled “Front” to orient the cover correctly. While I initially tried to put it on solo, I ended up asking my wife for help—and I’m glad I did. It's possible to cover the boat alone, but having a second person definitely makes the process smoother and faster. Fortunately, there was little to no wind that day, which made installation easier. Since it's a storage cover, there are no cutouts for a Bimini top, so be sure to fold it down or remove top before covering. We had no trouble securing the cover to the trailer, and it stayed in place nicely. Well the pontoon was covered, the deck and seats stayed dry. Looking at different covers on Amazon (and other sites), the cover is priced very competitively. The cover was only on the boat for a few weeks before we launched for the season, but so far, I’m very happy with the quality. I’ll be sure to update this review after more use, but my first impressions are very positive. Rating: Five stars for this pontoon cover.

This cover is huge. I bought the 25-28 foot version since my pontoon is 27 feet long. I found out it is way too big for my needs as I have it installed now. It is very tough. I left it half installed over the weekend and had over 250 lbs of water sitting in it hanging over my floor. I either need to get more prop rods or put it over my Bimini top, if I can figure out how to remove my light. I will add some updates once the weather warms up and is dry enough to reposition it. It is still snowing here. Overall it is a very durable and strong cover. Just be sure you get the size you need. I planned to use it to cover my boat overnight in between uses. I am not sure this one latches down easy enough to use the way I intended. 042225 Update- The weather finally improved enough for me to refit the cover. It works much better over the Bimini top. I ordered additional prop poles, but the two I am using in the photos almost keeps any water from pooling. The cover is still about 4 feet longer than I needed. The last two photos are the latest iteration. Overall, the cover is extremely waterproof. I had about 100 gallons pooled in it at any given time. Underneath was dry.

Picked this cover up for my 2018 Suntracker and it’s been awesome so far. I got the 17’-20’ size and it fits great — snug but with a little extra room so it’s easy to get on and off without a fight. The material is thick and feels really durable, definitely not cheap or flimsy. It’s pretty easy for one person to handle, which I really appreciate. The straps are a little shorter than I’d like, but they still do the job once you get them secured. I’ve had it sitting out in the Arizona sun and it’s been through some pretty strong winds — it’s holding up really well with no issues. Haven’t trailered with it yet, but I’m confident it would do fine if you strap it down tight. Overall, really happy with this cover. Solid quality for the price and definitely worth it if you want to protect your boat.

Edit. Less than 3 months on the boat and 2 of the buckles are broke and it’s already torn. Seems to be well made and fits well. But the tie down straps were not long enough to loop on the sides of the trailer so we had to rig them. Other than that it’s a good cover. Pontoon is 21’ by 8.5’

CONS: None. PROS: Durable. Thick. Additional Thoughts: I tore my one year old cover on my pontoon boat on a bimini mount bracket so I wanted to try a new boat cover. Off the top of my head, the old cover was around $120-$150 and tore pretty easily after only a year. It is the beginning of the boating season where I am so I haven't used this new cover much but I did put it on to protect everything from the sun and rain between boating sessions, but I did not strap the cover down or use telescoping poles. My pontoon boat is 20 feet long, 8 feet wide. I ordered the cover for 21-24 foot boats. I think I am glad I got the larger size as it was easy to put on but the bungy cord edge still held around the boat well. This cover feels much more durable and thicker than the old one I got at the local store. After some rain, the cover was laying in the boat because I didn't use poles. I used a hose to siphon out most of the water and then gently lifted one side of the cover to pool the water near the front of the boat. To my surprise, there are vent holes in this cover that allowed the water to flow out as well. That was nice. I think this will last much longer than my old cover. LovingTheRetiredLife
