  • Good tough tire.
Size: 90/90-21 & 130/80-17
They are pretty stiff side walls and were a pain to get on but so far they work good on the road and very little dirt I've been on. Planning on a camping trip next week on some nice dirt backcountry roads.

  • Excellent Tire for ADV Riding in the Rough more often then Not...
Size: 150/70B-18
I chose this for my T7 as well the Tusk Waypoint Adventure Tire 90/90-21 for the front, wanting a bit bigger lugs for street time while still working well offroad. There's a good bit of vibration and noise on the road especially around 25-29mph but I could care less since this combo work so well in the roughest things I dare take the T& into... You may have heard that both front and rear have pretty stiff carcasses and that would be an understatement - it took 3 of us with an actual tire machine to get these mounted - whew! Tusk recommends around 36psi on these if I remember correctly and that does seem to work pretty well though I noticed a loss in fuel economy compared to my former Dunlop Missions running at around 42psi... And yes, these really are the best value in the ADV market if these prices hold! Note that I am running the Tusk Waypoint Adventure up front and this Tusk 2Track Adventure tire in the rear for the reasons previously mentioned... I am entirely pleased with the purchase & value for my off roading purposes, on the Street, Long Distance? Might be way more daunting than the excellent Dunlop Missions which are entirely sweet for long distance street riding, safe, sticky, long lived those Missions are and OK for basic off road fire roads and such... I will ride a little slower in the curves with these Tusk ADV tires but not terribly so... I think for some of us, Tusk has a real winner here where it really matters most for us ADV guys! ... show more

  • Excellent tire. Will purchase again
Size: 130/80-17 (65Q)
This is a very good tire for adventure and dual sport bikes. I have it mounted on a 2009 KLR650, which I use for adventure exploration, trail riding and even mid level enduro tracks. The tire is highly stable at highway speeds, stays well balanced, and never sheers lugs even on big rocks. It has held up very well through a lot of abuse and rocky terrain, and this is a fairly heavy bike. They do not feel soft at all through turns, and have great road manners despite the large lugs. However, they do feel A LOT better after break in - which was about 100 miles on my bike. They do not sound any louder than most dual sport tires. It was a little harder to install than Tusk DSports, but still manageable with basic tire tools in my garage. I love the tire and will purchase it again in the future. ... show more

  • Great 50/50 tire
Size: 90/90-21 & 150/70B-18
Great dual sport tire, I ride a lot of aggressive mountain roads on an ibex 450 ADV bike and the tire does great. Just ordered my second set. I’d say they are good for about 5k miles if you ride 50/50 dirt pavement

  • tusk to track
Size: 150/70B-18
very impressive tire does good on and very good off road i tryed other tires for offroad use they didnt last near as good as the tusk and didn't have nearly as much bite best tire out there my opinion

  • Great 50/50 tire and it’s priced right.
I put these running tubeless on a 2021 Pan America Special. They have all the characteristics you would expect from a knobby tire. They sing on the highway however I had no problem doing +10% on all the freeways. They did have a tendency to dance and cause a brief wobble when crossing seams or lines in the direction of travel, something I easily got used to. I did a couple 600+ mile days on freeways and I did sections 1 - 4 on the SEBDR. They performed very well off road and on twisty country roads. After 2400 miles they showing little sign of wear and no uneven wear. At this point I would buy them again. Gave them 4 stars due to the wobble. ... show more

  • Great tire at great price
Size: 150/70B-18
Have a front and back on my Norden 901. Great off road tire, cheap, lasts well. A little squirrelly in the wet but it’s a serious knobby tire so can have everything! At least 50% left after 4k miles on the rear.

  • almost impossible to install.
Size: 90/90-21 & 140/80B-18
I've been changing my own tires with no issues at all until these. Beware, these are almost impossible to change, I have never fought a tire so hard and at this point, I am going to take it somewhere and hope someone can get it put on, if I had to change these on the side of the road, there is no way. Im sure they are good tires, they are probably good on the road, but I cant even get them on the rim. ***update I found that using petroleum jelly when mounting/dismounting makes all the difference in the world. ill forever keep some in my toolbox, these things are still insanely hard to install, I would hate to have to change them on the side of the road/trail. ... show more
