- PC LensPC material with a professional UV-cured coating, it blocks 99.2% of UV rays and effectively resists yellowing (2.5 after 5000 hours of UV exposure). At 50% lighter than glass, it helps cut fuel consumption. The clear lens delivers 90% light transmittance, boosting the illumination range by up to 40% in low-light or nighttime conditions.
- High-Performance HousingConstructed from impact-resistant PC material, the housing offers 250-300 times the strength of ordinary glass. Heat resistance enables it to withstand halogen / HID / LED bulb operating temperatures of 90105C. The 3D curvature enables sleek, aerodynamic designs that integrate seamlessly with the vehicle's shape.
- Butyl Rubber SealFitted with a butyl rubber seal, our headlights provide exceptional airtightness-blocking over 99.5% of moisture with a gas transmission rate 10 lower than ordinary rubber. The seal retains 90% elasticity after 3 years, adheres strongly to multiple materials, and resists road vibrations and minor impacts.
