I purchased these because I had just bought a PlayStation and didn’t want everyone in the house to hear me. The ear pads are super comfortable and the top cushion helps keep pressure off of the top of my head. I love that this is a usb wireless connection so I can just plug and play instead of having to set up a Bluetooth connection. The mic is very sleek and love that it interfaces with the PlayStation so when it’s folded up my mic is off and it turns on when you fold it down without having to mess with any settings. Also like that the volume control is a physical turn dial on the headphones themselves so I’m not constantly having to use a remote or press buttons constantly. The battery life seems to be good. I’ve played probably around 20ish hours before recharging and they still weren’t dead then. I will say that, because the ear cushions are large and comfortable, they do look a bit weird so I wouldn’t wear these in public. The sound quality is also great. It been quite a while since ive owned or used Turtle Beach headsets but seeing as how they have improved their products over the years I can say without a doubt these are worth it. I play on Pc and the super human hearing mode is amazingly game changing. The only downside to these headsets is the headrest, I can see many people becoming uncomfortable with it over time but aside from that its comfortable on the ears and the buttons are easy access. Would recommend these to anyone playing games as Turtle Beach is synonymous for being gamer friendly Edit: after some fair amount of usage the headband and earphones get uncomfortable over time and arent big enough to give my ears enough breathing room. Also everytime I turn on the device and it connects to the USB device my audio is automatically maxed out and has hurt my ears multiple times ... show more

These headphones are incredible for people who have more than one console or have both a console and pc. Since the headphones are bluetooth it has an adapter which means it can be used for all consoles, pcs and even laptops (With the exclusion of nintendo switch unless its connected to its own adapter). It also has some incredible features like being able to hear outside sound (For those people who are watching shows or other reasons) but can also be completely sound proof without any audio leak. And since they're bluetooth they are less likely to stop working since you don't have to worry about any wires getting in the way and bending. ... show more

I bought this Used - Like New from Amazon warehouse. It worked well the first time I used it, but after that, every time it connected to my console it would blare this ear-busting static that would not go away unless you completed turned the volume down. It was unusable. I contacted Amazon, and they referred me to Turtle Beach for help. I exchanged FOURTEEN emails with them (that’s 28 between the two of us) before they agreed to send me a replacement. The troubleshooting started off pretty normal but then took a turn for the absurd. They told me it must be my cell phone interfering, then that my router must be bad, then that my console may be corrupted… it got absolutely ridiculous. Finally I demanded my case to be escalated to a manager, and they immediately sent me a replacement to exchange out. After that nightmarish experience was over, the replacement works perfectly. The sound quality is great and so is the range. It lasts four days of several hours-long uses before it needs to charge. After the headset is turned on it connects extremely quickly. I really enjoy the flip to talk/mute mic feature. To recap: I give it four stars because the product, when not a lemon, is a great wireless gaming headset for PS5 with a long battery life. If you have any issues however, prepare yourself to deal with a truly awful customer service team at Turtle Beach. I recommend asking to escalate your case to a manager early on to get solutions. If not you’ll be forced to entertain their completely bananas ‘assessments’ of your issue over and over again. ... show more

My fiance had used her pair of 600s for a few years, and gave them to me when she upgraded to the 700s. I used them for about a year before they finally died and became unusable (im talking electrical tape on the top, connection issues, etc. I did not buy a replacement until these things literally crapped out on me). Instead of getting a different brand as a replacement, we just went ahead and got me this pair again! Hoping for the same quality and longevity as the first pair! So far, everything is BRILLIANT! The moment I put on the new pair it was like a breath of fresh air so to speak. Wonderful sound control, great noise canceling, even when off. 10/10 Would recommend. ... show more
