  • Works great with glasses
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
Works with my glasses, very comfortable. Awesome sound

  • Excellent gaming headset with minor setbacks
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
I greatly enjoy the Turtle Beach Atlas One headset for it's comfortability, sound, communication, and durability. First Comfortability The headset has leather wrapped memory foam as compared to just the foam for the ears and on the headband. Personaly the leather is more comfortable, but to each their own. They also fit perfectly over my ears instead of resting on them. The headset is also great for extended gaming. Second Sound The sound quality is excellent for stereo headphones such as these. The game sounds and music comes in clearly. Also the noise cancellation is works extremely well to feel immersed into the game you're playing. Third Communication Like the sound for in game, the voice chatting with friends comes in just as well. The microphone picks up my voice cleary to were my friends have no problem hearing me. It is muted by lifting the microphone up which is a good plus as well. Further more Durability Even for the headset being mainly plastic with a metal part in band in the headband it is pretty well made. My headset has taken some drops from my desk and is still in one piece. Lastly the cons The noise cancellation is a little too good to where I couldn't hear someone calling my name at points. Also the sound coming from the earmuffs was loud enough to be heard through the microphone. Final notes The design of the headset looks pretty awesome and the cable for the headset is pretty long. My favorite part is that you don't have to charge the headset for it to work. I honestly would have given it 4.5 stars, but I don't think you can and it's not a 4 star product. $45 is a better price for the headset, but $50 isn't a terrible price to pay for them either. ... show more

  • Cheap good comfortable headset.
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
Its a great cheap headset. It can definitely be pretty loud to the ears. The mic is ok (from what my friends tell me on discord), but that's it. The cord is extra long and comes with a splitter to us both sound and mic. Still pretty good for the price.

  • Not a bad headset depending on what you need it for.
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
I’ll preface this this by saying these issues are majority subjective, or in a case by case situation. Firstly, the headset was very tight on my head, to the point of being uncomfortable. I don’t think I have an exceptionally large head, and other TB headsets have fit fine (currently running an older XO Four model). Comfortability has to be spoken for, so that was an immediate con for me. Secondly, the sound mixing is good, and I could pick apart different noises I previously couldn’t. There’s a lack of highs and lows though, and some sounds in certain games took me a bit to recognize due to them sounding slightly different. Lastly, the short mic is probably designed to save space, but since I play call of duty professionally and listen to my audio all the way up, my teammates in chat heard a discernible echo from the game and their own voices. Final verdict, perfectly good headset depending on what you need it for, but if you’re anything like me, you’ll need to find another option. ... show more

  • A solid budget gaming headset
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
I bought this headset because my pair of Astro A20s mic died on me a few days ago. I compared it to three other headsets around the $100 range (SteelSeries Arctis 5, HyperX Cloud 2, Turtle Beach Atlas One, and old Astro A20). Of them, the Turtle Beaches sounded the most natural without compromising comfort at the best price. Paired with Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos for Headphones, these sound as good as headsets three times the price. The headset is sturdy all around and doesn't wabble or squeak when stretched. The microphone was a little quiet out of the box but was resolved after changing some sound settings in windows, discord, etc. The mic boom is very short but sounds good for a $50 headset. The earcup padding is perfect for people with or without glasses. Overall, this is probably the most solid budget gaming headset I have ever used. Pros: - Comfort - Sound quality is excellent with Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos - Crisp highs with substantial bass - Competitively priced - Sleek design Cons: - Mic boom is a little short and may require tuning in sound settings ... show more

  • Worked great on XboxOne
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
Bought these for my son. They worked great for a 11 months and 25 days. The only down side is that the head band on top is very weak plastoc and eventually broke with minimal effort. The weak point on the head band is likely prone to break again so we'll have to look for something with more durable plastic. The fact that it worked for close to a year wiht a lot of gaming hours is pretty decent. ... show more

  • Unimpressive compared to past headsets
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
Compared to my ear force X12s, a set made for the 360 i used for my pc, the sound quality is poor in thay there is no real bass. The only way to improve this is to get the atlas edge headset enhancer usb thing that has a dash board to fine tune settings then things sound full 360 audio with proper bass. Otherwise they are very comfortable, especially when wearing glasses. ... show more

  • Decent Headset, won't last
Pattern Name: Single Style: Atlas One
The Headset worked fine for about a year and a half. After that the mic died. I though Oh well I was mostly using it as headphones anyway at this point. Then at the two and a half year mark the left ear muff just fell off. For the price I guess it is a decent service life, but I won't be buying this model again. ... show more
