I decided to try this bracelet because I wanted something that would actually stand out, not another subtle piece that disappears the second I walk out the door. I wore it out with friends one night and it immediately did what it’s built to do, which is grab attention and start conversations. My first impression was that it’s loud in the best way, and it rides that line between flashy and a little trashy, which is kind of the whole point if you’re going for that hip hop punk vibe. In hand it feels sturdy, the clasp holds, and it doesn’t have that flimsy costume jewelry bend to it. It’s obviously not real gold, but it looks convincing enough that a couple friends who are usually picky about jewelry were asking what it was and doing the close up inspection.
