I'm going to go a bit more in depth and provide more detail in picture as I always hope the people before me will do. 1. The bracelet 10mm 14k gold looks great, three weeks later still looks great no flaking. Has the correct stamps, that specific Jewlers trademark stamp "aG", stamped twice "14K", and stamped 585. Which 585 means 58.5% gold, that is how much of this bracelet is made of gold, hence the 14k out of 24k. Which I'll provide the stamps in the pictures. At first because of the price being better than Kay's, Pagoda, Fernari, Jared, and many other Jewelers I thought maybe it was hollow or fake. But my tests so far have proven otherwise. I'll make sure to update in 2 months or earlier if anything changes. 2. So at first I wanted to make sure the weight and measurements were correct. I measured the length, exactly 8.5 inches maybe a mm smaller, I can't for sure say with my naked eyesight. Now this alone differs from Kay's as they usually try and give the 8.5 in actual links instead of counting the clasp and areas beyond the links themselves. But even though Kay's gives longer bracelet than the measurement said there are downfalls, maybe someone wanted that exact measurement and didn't care about the extra gold, and for the amount of money you're saving which is like 2-3x in certain circumstances than that little bit extra doesn't matter. Seriously check the other mainstream legit jewelers and see that a bracelet of this length and mm width same link type is 2-3,000$ in most cases if not higher. 3. Width and Weight: now when I measured mm width it came in at like 9.85-9.9 closer to 9.9 which concerned me, but the price was too good either way. The weight was 17.70-17.72, I literally bought a jewelry scale and the calibration weights just to check this, because I was worried it might be hollow gold. Now this didn't bother me as even though they said 19 grams, they did say it would fluctuate +5% or -5%. On top of that I checked every other website I could find with the same link type mm and length and they all said it would weigh 17 grams, so 19 grams was a high estimate anyways. I'll also provide a picture of it on the scale. 4. Clasp: the clasp was a big winner for me as it is built with a solid quality, size and with more gold in it than a Kay's Clasp. Let me explain Nuragold it giving a clasp that's like 7-8mm for links that are 10mm. Where as Kay's would have given a clasp that was 6mm at best. On top of this the Nuragold clasp was made of way more gold inside and out and extremely sturdier than any Jewlers Clasp I've ever seen in my life. You know how many reviews and people I know where their Kay's or other Jewelers clasp breaks apart or doesn't last at all, this Nuragold clasp looks like it was made to survive nuclear fallout. Also the O ring that connects Clasp the the chain is closed shut tight. Which is just great compared to Kay's and many other Jewelers. Where their O rings aren't even soddered shut and because of that end up breaking, or it falls off your wrist and you lose it in water. 5. Magnetism: now this was probably the portion of the test that made me worry some. I have a 10k bracelet from Kay's that I pitted up against Nuragolds bracelet for a Magnetism test. I took a rare earth magnet, the type made for magnet fishing, that had a 1,500 pounds of pulling force and used it to test if they were magnetic. The Kay's bracelet was 0-1% magnetic basically not at all. The Nuragold Bracelet was 4-6% magnetic. Which was magnetic enough to slightly pull it to the Strong Magnet. But I have to attribute this to the metals they must be mixing with their gold. This is where I'm assuming they are cutting costs where Kay's is using Silver, Platinium, Paladium and small amounts of Iron, Copper to back the rest of the percent that isn't gold. Nuragold is using more Iron and Copper in the mixtures than other precious metals for the parts that aren't Gold. So not to confuse anyone who doesn't understand what the Karat means in gold, it means lets say a piece of Jewlery is 14k gold. That means it's 14 parts gold out of 24 parts and 10 parts of it is a mixture of other metals. They don't make 24k Jewlery because it's too soft and malleable, easily scratched, beat up, and bent. Gold is a very soft metal that needs to be mixed with others to make a long lasting piece of Jewelry. Also Kay's Clasp was way more magnetic than Nuragolds Clasp. Like 65%-85% more magnetic because of the amount of stainless steel they used in Kay's Clasps. Where Nuragold uses alot more gold for their components inside it.
