I've had mine for about two months now and it's perfect for office or school use. It's a good-looking tumbler and the carrier is a genius feature - adds insulation and is easy to carry. It's not a Yeti and probably wouldn't be great for camping or cross-country trips; it won't keep ice for days, but it will keep it easily for a few hours. I've had no problem with the paint peeling or chipping, but I don't put it in the dishwasher, either. It's not dishwasher safe! The lid is tight fitting, but doesn't have a slider to cover the opening. This is good and bad - bad if you forget it doesn't close, good if you'd rather not have to try to clean the crud out of the slide without disassembling it or making yourself crazy. You get what you pay for!!! The details stated, "HOT COFFEE WARM FOR 6H." 😒 WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Tried my new cup this morning and was disappointed. Only kept my coffee 'hot' for 1 1/4 hours and 'lukewarm' for 1 hour. Don't expect HOT coffee for 6 hours. Quality is poor. I'm assuming it was made in CHINA as there are Asian characters on the box. Did I expect otherwise? I will be more 'aware' in the future! ... show more

This is a good cup overall. The main complaints that I have is that the insulation is not up to other similar style cups that I own. A full cup of ice will last about 3-4 hours in this cup before it's completely melted as opposed to up to 12+ hours with other insulated cups. Also worth noting is that the padded cup carrier pictured with the cup was not included even though I bought the single cup as specified in the item description. Not a big deal, but was disappointing not to get what was pictured. I'd still say it's a decent value for the money if you don't need a cup that will keep a drink cold ALL day... ... show more

Fantastic for a family of water and coffee drinkers. Matches my kitchen perfectly and we put reusable plastic straws to keep them separate. Keeps stuff hot and cold, lids fit nicely not too tight or loose. Will buy again whenever needed.
