I really remember this being a longer and slightly different story. Maybe i am wrong… but just reviewing this book as it is- lovely art work and easy for a 4 year old to follow. He gets in trouble and goes to bed without dinner and enters a fantasy land but feels unloved by the wild things and missed his family. So he wakes up to his dinner in his room. I was hoping for more learning to deal with anger and misbehaving and loving your family even when your upset with them. Maybe I expected too much ... show more
