The TRUSCEND fishing swimbaits lures seem perfect for smaller fish. The colors and finish seem like they would get the attention of hungry predators. Each lure has sharp treble hooks on the belly and tail. The lures are fairly light, so they should not sink too fast. They seem well made and durable. The ring to tie the lure to the line is on the top of the lure, not the front mouth area where you might expect. I was curious how this might affect the action of the lure. So, I tied some fishing line to the lure and drug it around in a sink full of water. It does not look like a fish in tow by its dorsal fin. It actually followed the line very well and "swam" in a forward motion, though it did not appear to wiggle side-to-side. I am anxious to try these out in some of the nearby ponds and streams when it gets a little warmer outside.

I caught at bass on the second cast. I threw it across a grassy area and a bass hit it hard. I have since caught several more. It’s a great top water bait and makes a very enticing “plopping pop” sound. They are of good quality and the price is right. But more importantly they stand behind their product. I had an issue with one of the three lures in the package. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new one. I will be buying from this company again

These artificial lures exceeded my expectations! 🎣 They have excellent finishing and very realistic colors that truly attract fish. The action in the water is natural and effective, even with a slower retrieve. The hooks are sharp and durable, ensuring solid hooksets. It short of has a short far cast with my other lures. It a bit on the light side. It does cast half way from 75 Feet to 80 Feet with a 6 1/2 Foot Medium Heavy Pole From Ugly Stick. Using A spinning real for this lure. It does look real and movement is very good. I haven't caught a fish on it yet. Because it was early spring and the water was muddy and the water temps was around 43F. It does feel like a fish and swim well. The Lure does have Good movement. But the main issue with it. Is it will float on top reeling half way when reeling in a fast short pace. But I've never used this type of lure. It kind of too light on this type of lure the fall rate is slow. I am using a clip for this lure. So I'm kind of a Noob at lure fishing But when I do catch a fish with a lure it a rare encounter. UPDATE: I caught a fish with this lures. And Boy it can catch bass with it.

These lures look fantastic. They are basically a traditional stick bait with a rattle to attract top-water fish to strike impulsively. Fished slowly on the surface with small jerks, these lures can really get bass to attack - and when they do it's a blast! What stands out in my mind is how nice the actual colors/finish of these lures are. They stand out with their photorealistic coloring and finish. They are some of the most attractive looking lures I've seen in a long time. They also look really solidly made. They are not cheap, but good lues are worth a few extra dollars. The cheap stuff usually doesn't hold up. I can't wait to grab one of my baitcasting rods this Spring and fish these lures around shore and weed beds.

Seriously, I am very new to fishing so I cannot speak with a great deal of experience. All I can tell you is that these have worked great for me so far. I cast, the fish come and bite, and I'm happy! I don't have to worry about going to the store to buy fresh bait. These are super easy to use and, apparently, they are realistic to the fish that I am catching.
