Got to use these today. Worked well. Farm pond. 5 bass in about an hour. Do not work well in moss but great along the edges. With that being said these will not hold up if you smack them into trees,rocks,docks and such. Would definitely buy agian.

The TRUSCEND PoPobait is honestly one of the better budget-friendly topwater plopper lures I’ve seen. The rotating tail starts up quickly, throws a lot of surface commotion, and produces that loud sputtering sound bass absolutely crush during low-light conditions or over active water. It casts surprisingly far for its size thanks to the weighted body, which helps cover water efficiently from the bank or kayak. What stands out most is consistency. Some cheaper plopper-style lures need a fast retrieve to get the tail spinning properly, but this one starts moving almost immediately at slower speeds. The included BKK treble hooks are also a major upgrade compared to generic hooks commonly found on budget lures — sharp out of the package and strong enough for solid hooksets on bigger fish. The finish and paint detail look good in person, especially for the price point. The lure tracks well without rolling over, even when retrieved faster across choppy water. Community feedback on Reddit is surprisingly positive too, with anglers mentioning the lure performs well for the money and produces aggressive topwater strikes. A few downsides: * The rotating tail can pick up grass easier than a standard walking bait. * Factory split rings are decent but not tournament-grade. * In very clear or heavily pressured water, premium brands like the Megabass PopMax Popper may still produce more refined action.
