Not quite sure where the other negative reviews got theirs, but I purchased mine at an artchery store with my bow. Absolutely love it. Dead on, the luminating feature is clear as a bell. Bought one for hubby and now ordering one for brother in law. We are avid hunters and we have had many types of equiptment ...we love the accuracy and clearity of this scope. We have also not experienced any of the quality issues that I read read on here. I am updating : The negative reviews are shocking. It is 2017, and ordering another one for son in law. Ours are great still. We use Ten Point bows. Maybe that is the difference in performance. I recommend very highly. ... show more

I only gave it 4 stars because it could be a little brighter field of view. Great scope for the cost. As for the BDC reticle… my crossbow shoots 350fps per manufacturer. With a 20 yd zero, 2nd reticle is at 37 yds, 3rd reticle is at 47 yds. Hope some find this helpful. Harvested a deer 20 minutes before sunrise, deep in the woods, first time out. This scope is exactly as advertised. Zeroed just fine for me and holds zero just fine. Clarity is way better that the scope that came on my Centerpoint Xbow. The see-thru scope covers are pretty cool too in the sun (they're yellow). Some people state it doesn't hold a zero but if you shoot a bow or xbow you already know there are many factors which could cause that other than the scope itself. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE SCOPE W/ THE EXTRA KNOB. Not all the scopes have the illumination feature. I got the one that's camo (obviously first choice) but it doesn't have illumination. The scope seems nice but when I installed the scope I was following the recommended steps. When I went to adjust the scope rings properly, I noticed one of the screws would not tighten down. Upon further inspection of the Allen wrench screw, I noticed it wasn’t machined properly. It was smooth with no shoulders to tighten it down. My frustrations are with customer service. I submitted a claim and it’s been nearly 2 weeks with no response. I called their contact number and never got a representative, hung up after a 30 minute wait. Really frustrated, because I had hoped for a better response. I just want the screw replaced so I can sight my crossbow in. UPDATE 10/92022: I sent three of the same requests to Customer Service, they finally got back with me a full month later. Their response we don’t have parts. Return the item for a refund. Really!?! The factory cannot ship out a screw. If you’re thinking about buying this scope, you might want to pick another brand. Their customer service is horrible!!! Unhappy customer!!! ... show more

The scope is great. The illuminated reticles are awesome. I just wish that the listing said that the yardage cross hairs were for a crossbow that shoots 300fps. I am shooting a crossbow that shoots 370fps, so its kind of in between the cross hairs for further yardages.
