I'm a field biologist and work in lightweight quick-dry pants nearly every day. I've been though the whole range of brands like Patagonia, Mountain Khakis, 5.11, and so on. I'm usually lucky to get a season or 2 out of a pair. These Truewerk pants have been the most comfortable and durable pants I have ever had. They don't bunch or feel clammy in fishing waders, dry super fast, and are really comfortable to wear in general. I am also very surprised at how well they clean in the wash, getting even light grease and motor oil stains out in a normal wash cycle. I also have the heavier version of these pants that keep me nice and warm in colder temps and provide great protection for bushwacking.

Extremely comfortable pants, you pretty much feel like you're not wearing anything mobility wise. I keep catching myself going to adjust my pants to do something like squat or lift my leg unordinarily high. I don't need to, I can literally kick the top of a door frame, squat ass to grass, if I was physically able too I bet I could do the splits. That are great in the heat, way cooler than your standard canvas duck Carhartt type work pants. Pockets are good, I use the right open lower pocket for a cell phone, fits my s23 ultra so should fit anything. I'm not big on cargo pockets but the left side cargo can be useful. I like the pencil pocket on the right as I like to keep a pen or sharpe and putting it in my standard pocket with my knife gets a little uncomfortable and I'm more likely to knock the lid off. I'm only on my first day so I can speak to durability but I guarantee I will put these to the test. Im in excavation work so I'm extremely hard on pants. I'll update this review after I put these through the paces. Initial review is 5 stars though, love them right now. Don't love the price but it is what it is.

So far they are really good pants, they do run a little tight but after a few uses the fit fine. Really wish there were more options for sizes and colors. The double button isn't really necessary either, almost annoying.

Fits great, has lasted well for construction use. I love the pencil pocket on the front of my thigh. I hate having to put my work pencil in my hat or back pocket. I like how light they are for summer work. Regular jeans or carharts get super hot and these stay fairly cool. They are expensive for what you’re getting though.

I liked everything about these pants. It is very comfortable, durable and a lot of legroom, especially within the kind of job I work on a regular basis. It is as advertised with lots of pockets and also has a cooling feature embedded in the threads of the pants which is a huge plus!! I highly recommend these!!

I used to be heavily biased to Kuhl and prana, but now i would lean harder towards these truewerks. They are absolutely fantastic. Fit and function is nothing short of amazing.
