I already have a black chrome “Hu$!’y” tool set in a very nice black rollaway. This set is 312 bling tools in a bling carry case. The “Vice-Grip” pliers adjust automatically without the need to tighten or loosen a knurled knob. Very cool. The “channel-lock” like pliers use a button-lock to adjust. Press the button and adjust. Time will tell if the finish is questionable but a quality thermo paint will cover up any scratches and last a long time.

Excellent tool set only thing I added was a set fof automobile hammers one is a strong mallet the other size of regular hammer strong rubberized material 16.00 off amazon and a large crescent wrench. I have already taken my motorcycle completely apart and loctied everything not to mention installed loft kit, light rack and oil change to my vehicle. No need for bulky kit this thing is heavy 120 click rachets allow for movement in tight spot. One complaint but not and issue. The smaller socket dont stay in place with small piece black foam. So I got a I inch piece traced it out problem fixed they are beautiful to look at too motivated for me.

So far seems like a fairly complete set for most mechanical jobs. A wide variety of bits and sockets. This is heavy tool kit! However having most tools available in one kit is worth it. I like to keep my tool in my truck. If I ever need to work on it, my tools are there. I am not a professional mechanic, but like to do as much as I can myself. This makes a great portable kit or a first tool kit for a student mechanic. The couple of things that steered me to this kit over others. 1) I only have metric vehicles, so getting a toolset with standard sizes is a waste. 2) Having the range of socket sizes from 4mm to 32mm and drives 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 all with extensions and universals. 3) Having several different pliers and snips. 4) Huge variety of bits, most of these will never get used but they are there. I couple suggestions to the manufacturer. 1) This is more of a mechanic toolset. IMHO the included claw hammer is unnecessary, it would be better with a double sided hammer, metal on one side and rubber on the other. 2) As much as I hate unnecessary packaging, maybe shrink wrap the kit before sending to Amazon. I lost one of the bits in shipping as the case had opened up at some point and come out of the overbox. Hopefully it's one that doesn't get used ever. Overall seems like a decent deal, I might update when I get to use it.

Excellent beginner set of tools. I work on big heavy trucks and forklifts and this tool set has taken me a far way. I use them everyday and the tools can take a beating. Would definitely recommend to beginners and pro for personal or professional use.

Nice tool set. The high tooth count on ratcheting tools is nice. The only drawback back is the set is a little heavy, but price you pay for such a complete set.

Tools appear to be well made upon first receiving them. Wait 4 months and you'll wish you hadn't paid so much for them. The finish is terrible and over 50% of my set is rusted beyond repair. The case is poorly made and lets in moisture and then holds the moisture. Any time moisture got in the case I took each piece out and dried the tools and case with a fan and sprayed the tools down with lubricant, but it didn't matter. The pieces all look like they've spent time on the bottom of the ocean. Very disappointed. I could have gotten tools of this low quality for half the price at Harbor Freight. UPDATE: I have changed my rating to 3 stars. Starworks accepted full responsibility for the bad finish and sent me a brand new replacement set. I will update to 5 stars if the new set proves to have better finish.
