First off I will say it worked for a about 2 days then the regulator burnt out and had to have it towed to a shop. 1500 dollars later I have another new alternator put on from the shop but they kept this core so I'm out the money I paid for this to not work. I tried to contact customer service and they just pass you back and forth between them and Amazon either way it's not like I can send it back they kept it at the shop. Do not buy ... show more

This part came in with a broken connector. I didn't get a chance to do this alternator install till a month after it arrived. When I opened the box, I saw that the connector was broken. I was outside the return period for Amazon. I tried to do a warranty claim via the TRQ webpage but it just gives me an error. So frustrated. This will be my las TRG part I ever order. Lessons learned. Make sure to check the part once it arrives. I will update this review if anyone from TRQ can make this right. ... show more

DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought this alternator for my Honda Odyssey 2014 to try and save some money and replace myself. The install went fine, and it lasted about 3k miles - and then the alternator just stopped charging. I ended up having to take it to my mechanic to diagnose and decided to have them replace the alternator so I would at least have a warranty on the new one. Such a hassle for this to go out after only a month! Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Amazon was great and let me return it for a refund. ... show more

Bought this alternator and install it and it didn't last a year. Reached out because it had a 3 year warranty and I never got a response or refund after getting in contact with someone from Amazon. Had to purchase one and install again.
