I love this! I cannot believe the difference in my skin. I have been using this for about two months and I see such a difference in my skin texture. It feels so soft and smooth and my make up wears beautifully. Years ago I used to get professional microdermabrasion done. I was considering starting again but both the time and cost made me hesitant. It’s hard to fit one more thing in the schedule. Well this machine was the perfect solution! It costs just a little more than one visit to a salon or spa and only takes a few minutes. You have to be patient with the process if you are trying to reduce spots but in one or two uses you will definitely see smoother skin. And even the cheapest drug store make up will look better. Allows different suction levels. I use it 1 to 2x a week. If the suction level is too high it will leave a small bruise. I have a travel one. This one works better. If you use the plastic tip with stream it works amazing around the nose and forehead.

I have two issues that I wanted to resolve... I'm 50 with some lines and have extremely large pores. When my son was a little boy he used to ask me why I have big holes in my face. I think my pores are larger than anyone elses I've ever seen. I was nervous about buying this because I also have Rosacea, so I've been using the Trophy Skin MicrodermMD on the sensitive mode. I've only been using this for 4 weeks and my pores have shrunk to a normal size. I've tried so many products and can't believe this is what finally worked for me. I haven’t used this on a regular basis just because I’m busy with two kids and when they aren’t wreaking havoc I’m trying to chill. But when I do use it, I notice a huge difference in the way my skin looks and feels! Idk if you’ve ever just gently touched a baby’s perfect little face but my skin literally feels like that after using this! I have very few, super fine lines and I also notice them less after using this! I struggle with acne and enlarged pores and this has made a huge improvement in both of those areas. I never use this on my pimples but I will gently go around it so that the rest of my skin doesn’t have to go without. I know if I used this more often I would notice even better results so I’m going to try to do that! This is seriously a must have for skin improvement! It is pricey but well worth it compared to all the facial products I wasted my money on before finding this! You won’t regret it! ... show more

I have owned & done extensive research on several microdermabrasion systems. This one, is by far, is my favorite. I love how it walks you through the process for newbies & once acclimated, allows you to use in manual mode as well. I also love the variation of settings present. It allows you to adjust the suction when need be. I use lower suction on sensitive areas like around my eyes & cheeks. I previously owned a handheld unit, where the entire unit fit in my hand, which is different from this. This one is a bit larger, but very visually appealing. I prefer the “pen wand” instrument, it allows me to treat the areas, I could not effectively treat before. For example, my forehead, with my older unit, I was not able to get a consistent suction ever! I just could not get the angle correct, after months of trying! The trophy skin system, allowed me to easily get to all the areas I was ineffectively treating previously. It is extremely simple to maneuver. I actually started with the Trophy skin infrared light & saw the mind blowing bennifets it had on my skin, so I decided to take the plunge with this device as well, as my expirence with Trophy Skin has been very satisfying. One thing they do not emphasize enough, to keep in mind, make sure you have your cleaning brush out and constantly brushing tip clean during the treatment. I have had NO issues with this system, BUT my previous expirence with a DIFFERENT device, I did not clean the diamond head throughout the duration of the treatment, and the dead skin cells would built up on the tip, and eventually leave scratches on my skin, so be careful. Again, this happened with a different device, just something to keep in mind while treating. I use a kids toothbrush to clean & it works perfect. My favorite part is after the treatment, when you remove the head to change filter, you get to see all the crap that came off, it’s instant an gratification!!! All in all I would recommend this product to anyone, as I have achieved great success with it! ... show more

I bought this with high expectations and hopes. It came very quickly, and was packaged nicely, and fairly easy to follow, although they should show someone using the machine for several reasons instead of just product placement stuff. No help on the website to tell you really what to expect, nor one suggestion as to what to put on your skin after you have derm abrazed it and its burning except cold water. When the product arrived then they mention purchasing their skin product to go with it, which makes no sense, why don't they suggest that when you are dropping the 3-4 hundred bucks for the machine! All the special modes and levels are pointless as the only mode I could use was manual at level 1 and that was tough. They tell you to use Auto to guide you which starts at level 3, but the sucking power is too extreme, and you can only set to level 1 in Manual mode. But even at level 1 in Manual mode, it actually damaged my skin because it doesn't glide over your skin at all, and you have to pull your skin so tightly to get the wand over your skin, or it sucks in pockets and leaves like a hicky - the suction is way too strong! It worked to remove some pore junk which was great, but it removed some skin too and left little almost bloody spots which freaked me out! Also, it has an infuser tip, but there is no reverse mode, just suck, which is hard enough to take varnish off a baseball bat, and an infuser should infuse the product - so that was confusing as to why they have that! Sadly, I will return this item and get my almost $400 I spent. ... show more
