The product is well made of thick aluminum. They are relatively heavy as far as scope rings go, I have them mounted on a PCP air rifle with a 4x50 scope torqued to spec and they appear to hold true, although that particular rifle has almost no recoil. Overall, these appear to be quality scope rings and presumably would hold up to high recoil. If the extra weight is not an issue for your setup than they should serve you well.

Best Rings For the Price

When shopping for ring scopes, there are multiple factors that are important to me: value, fit, weight, and precision. The only problem is that sometimes one has to sacrifice a factor to achieve the other. Fortunately, I found a product that satisfies all my needs. The value of these rings is that they are good quality at a reasonable price point. The quality allows the scope to fit tightly and securely. That also allows me to mount the scope on various platforms without having to buy a new set of rings. For what I paid, I got a great deal on a set of rings that I can use on any platform. The fit is also impressive. They were easy to install and fit perfectly the first time. The screws didn't strip, either, so they were easy to tighten. The weight is lightweight, so I don't have to worry about added bulk when I carry my firearm. They still stay mounted securely without extra bulk. The precision is also great. The rings fit the scope perfectly. It seems like they were specially made for this specific scope and platform. If you're looking for a quality set of scope rings at a reasonable price, I highly recommend these.

Solid set of scope rings that hold a zero and provide a great platform for a large scope

If you are looking for a pair of SUPER solid rings for a large scope, these are a great choice. They are heavy and heavy duty with 4 screws in each to be sure you can lock them in around your scope without having to worry about your optic getting knocked off zero. I went with a taller pair to get space of my rifle's top rail - and these let me do that without sacraficing stability. You probably won't want to use these on a lightweight rifle or with a lightweight or small scope. A couple of nice things I noticed - they include torque values printed separately for the rail mount and the screws that hold the scope tube. This is important since overtorquing can damage your scope and undertorquing can lead to the scope sliding or rotating with recoil. They also are solid between the base and the tube, instead of open and spindley-looking, which seems to me would cut down on catches moving through brush. This may be more visual that functional, but it just gives them a really imposiing and solid look to go along with excellent stability. I zeroed a 6-24x50 scope at 100 yards with these and after 10 mags of .223 (300 rounds) the scope was still dead on the mark. These are definitely better than the rings that came with the scope. Highly recommended!

Another Quality Triton Product

Triton's done it again. These scope rings are solid. They are beautifully machined with nice smooth edges and curves. Easy to mount and holds a snug fit on rail. Good value for them as well. Would recommend to anyone in market for new scope mounts.

This is fine for my next build

Everything fits. The rail key is built into the base versus part of the clamping mechanism as a round piece. This is square. I see that as a good innovation. It's all torx head screws and comes with a tool and extra screw. Nice. The machining is good, anodizing completely covering the mount, and torque values stamped and then paint filled not just painted on as I scrape it with a fingernail. This is solid and should serve me well.
