  • For this price … color me impressed.
Size: 1" Style: Low: 0.75"
At this price point, I am seriously impressed with the quality of these rings. I’ve been tinkering around with an old break barrel air rifle trying to do something better on the sights. Obviously this little side project doesn’t warrant the kind of hardware I’d put on one of my real rifles, but I trolled on Vine and saw some options and these looked best. Finish is perfect. No burrs anywhere, even powder coat, frankly they look excellent. Threading is perfect, torque ratings are printed on the rings and the torque ratings mesh with my own table of aluminum torque ratings for fasteners. The clamp onto a standard picatinny perfectly. Rail lugs help ensure they tighten down evenly which is far preferable to using screw posts as lugs. Plenty of meat on the body of the rings. Being the type of guy I am, I went ahead and lapped them in. I wasn’t expecting much here, lapping will show you truly how round or not the rings are, but after 5-10 min of progressive lapping, they look very nearly perfect, which is to say I was not fighting any major defects at all. What off axis pattern does exist is just as lightly random mounting error. Obviously the bores now look silvery since I lapped through the powder coat. I’d wager these would have been pretty solid without any tweaking. Inexpensive rings have come a long way. ... show more

  • Good, not great
Size: 1" Style: Medium: 0.95"
I have other rings from Triton and they work great, they are good value ring. The fit and finish on these rings is not up to par with the others I have from them. The tops don’t seem to line up perfectly with the bottoms, I use them on a Savage MKIi where they will hold fine but I am not sure they will on something larger. Other than that they are ok. ... show more

  • Solid set of scope rings that hold a zero and provide a great platform for a large scope
Size: 1" Style: High: 1.20"
If you are looking for a pair of SUPER solid rings for a large scope, these are a great choice. They are heavy and heavy duty with 4 screws in each to be sure you can lock them in around your scope without having to worry about your optic getting knocked off zero. I went with a taller pair to get space of my rifle's top rail - and these let me do that without sacraficing stability. You probably won't want to use these on a lightweight rifle or with a lightweight or small scope. A couple of nice things I noticed - they include torque values printed separately for the rail mount and the screws that hold the scope tube. This is important since overtorquing can damage your scope and undertorquing can lead to the scope sliding or rotating with recoil. They also are solid between the base and the tube, instead of open and spindley-looking, which seems to me would cut down on catches moving through brush. This may be more visual that functional, but it just gives them a really imposiing and solid look to go along with excellent stability. I zeroed a 6-24x50 scope at 100 yards with these and after 10 mags of .223 (300 rounds) the scope was still dead on the mark. These are definitely better than the rings that came with the scope. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • A good value when you consider the quality and price point
Size: 30 mm Style: Medium: 1.00"
I ordered these scope rings for my Hyperion scope that has a 30mm tube. The rings are slim, lightweight, and well suited for a hunting setup, which is what I need. The rings were easy to mount, and the torque specs are printed directly on the rings. So far, the rings are holding zero with a rifle that has moderate recoil. I think these are quality rings that provide a good value for the customer. The ring height is perfect. I like the easy-to-read numbers that are stenciled on the rings to indicate the proper torque. These rings are a good value when you consider the quality, features, and price point. Overall, I am satisfied with the rings and have no issues to report. ... show more

  • Good rings for a good price!
Size: 1" Style: Medium: 0.95"
These are a really nice set of scope rings, especially given the price of only $15! Rings feel solid and well-made; in contrast to some others I got from Amazon they are also coated on the inside that contacts the scope. They attach to the rail with no problems (Torx 15); I like that the inch-pounds for both the rail and the scope are labeled on the rings! Overall a really clean look. They fit my scope (Vortex Diamondback) well - 4x T15 bolts on each ring, torque listed on the rings and agrees with what Vortex tells you to do. Overall very happy with the purchase - maybe not quite as heavy as the ones you will get if you spent 3x times the money on branded ones, but more than enough for my application! ... show more

  • Great for the money
Size: 30 mm Style: High: 1.26"
I typically buy Vortex rings and scopes but I have a couple budget rifles that I want to keep the cost down on so I picked these up. The value for the money is great. These rings are heavy duty. I have frequently found you need to be careful with low cost rings because the screws can twist off but everything about these is solid. The only negative I see so far is that the machining is not 100% on the way they pair up. I flipped the top pieces around from the way they were shipped because there was a slight step between the two halves. At this price level I am pretty confident no one is going to take the time to lap them so if that is a concern you should move up market. If you are looking to put a $50 scope on a $300 rifle these should work great. ... show more

  • Great budget scope rings
Size: 30 mm Style: High: 1.26"
I will start this by saying I am only planning in using these on a 22. They feel great and like they are sturdy. I feel like they would work fine in even a medium size firearm(up to 308 maybe). I am one to believe that scope rings can make the biggest difference in terms of reliability because they hold everything in place and i think these balance budget with quality. For the money they are totally worth it. Would I buy them for a magnum cartridge? Probably not. They are like every other scope ring and easy to install with the included tool and looks great on my setup. They fit as you would expect for most scope rings and didn't cause me any issues installing. ... show more
