This worked great on my Glock 22 gen 4. It was a little tight getting the plate on without a sight tool, but a non-marring hammer did the trick. The plate worked perfectly with my PA classic mini reflex. Right or wrong, I torqued the plate to slide at 17 in lbs and the optic to the plate at 14 in lbs. I purchased this because I have commitment issues. I'm not sure if I'll like a pistol red dot and I'm not sure I want to have my slide milled. This plate installed easily, but you will need a plastic faced mallet or sight pusher. It is a tight fit in the dovetail. It took a good bit of whacks to get it in place. I suggest finding the center of your slide and making a small crayon mark on the back. Find the center of the plate and make a crayon mark. Set the plate using the marks to center the plate. The supplied screws mated up perfectly and my holosun mated perfectly to the plate. I used a torque screw driver and used 15 inch/lb on the set screws and per manufacturers instructions, on the screws mounting my holosun to the plate. If the weather holds, I'll go to the range to zero today. As for holsters, both the factory Glock sport combat and Fobus paddle holsters work with optic installed. ... show more

So I was looking for something that wasn't going to fly off after installing it and I can confirm that this thing won't budge. That being said I don't think I'm going to be getting it off anytime soon, it was very hard to get in , had to use a hammer and give it a few wacks to get it seated, but it works great for my trijicon rmr and have shot about 100 rounds and it still standing strong. All in all happy with it, just make sure you actually want a red dot before installation because unless you modify it with a dremel it's not coming off. ... show more

This is exceptional in quality and fit. I was able to install this on my Springfield Armory XD9, but had a gunsmith install a second adapter on a Glock. 22 Only because I didn’t have the right tools to remove the factory site. The fit is extremely tight and requires precision on your part to fit it appropriately, but once fitted, it’s very secure and allows the Holosun site to be installed seamlessly. ... show more
