  • Fantastic super short lpvo for 556.
Absolute BARGAIN for short 556. This (and the Triton 1-6, which I do Not recommend for anything over 22) is the shortest lpvo except for the NX8 1-8 and I don't need that level of magnification (or $$) on a short rifle. The turret adjustments are solid and poi is predictable. Zeroed in 5 shots in a vise at 100 after bore sighting when mounting. A horse fly landed on the target and was the final test shot. "Flyswatter." Holds up extremely well to a Ton of frequent recoil from 556. Eye relief is glorious and allowed it to be mounted on lower rings rather than the included mount while not affecting the charging handle. (Lowered the optic for far more accurate shots, i.e. optic closer to barrel) The reticle is true for drop with standard nato 556 at 4x to 300. 1x is more than sufficient for CQB and plenty clear (think low to mid range Vortex). I would use this over a red dot with flip over magnifier 10000% of the time. Brightness options are perfect and mine stays on the 0 between the highest and lowest brightness setting. The only grip is the turret caps. They are quite aggressive and though I am nervous about them snagging or marring anything they touch, I have been fortunate. Note: The objective (smaller) flip cap was loose on both the 1-4 and 1-6 Tritons. A small cut piece of electrical under the cap was all it needed to be super tight. The 1-4 cap tightened up (and the tape was removed) after being in the sun while at the range. ... show more

  • triton navigator 1-4 x20
very good second focal plane lpvo at a budget price. clear optics and comes with mount. magnification ring moves smoothly. Not as good as my primary arms lpvo which cost 6 times as much .Would recommend to anyone looking for a good lpvo. plus triton offers a life time warranty

  • Great scope
Very impressed with this scope. Clear glass, reticle is nice and crisp even at highest setting. Install was simple, good zoom for what it is, and a great vaule for the money. Looks great in top of my 300blk setup. Very pleased with it.

  • It's good
It's nice and crisp but I don't understand why it's more expensive than the one that zooms 6x

  • Clarity is WOW for the price
WOW. I was not expecting the clarity it has. In 40+ years of shooting, I have bought soooo many scopes, from budget no name to high end $1,000. I would put this in the class of a $100-200 scope for clarity. What many people don’t know is nowadays a lot of the scopes manufacturers outsource from the same factories overseas and just have their name put on it. The clarity is right up there with my Burris. I like that it came with a solid cantilever mount and lens caps. You don’t typically get either on the high end scopes. It was easy to set up and zero. It took 8 shots and 2 were because I couldn’t see where I hit and had to shoot again. eye relief was good enough. You don’t typically put this type of scope on a magnum rifle so eye relief is not a big factor for this scope. As far as the negatives, 1, the brightest adjustment is VERY stiff on mine and 2, the lens caps will slide off with the smallest bump. Easy fix on the lens caps with some electricians tape. I still give it 5 start and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a LPVO scope at a good price. ... show more

  • Nice cheap LPVO
I bought this cheap LPVO to see if I even liked one. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to reflex sight. Great quality, easy mounting, great value.
