Received our trinity cooler yesterday. Was so worried about it being dented after seeing some of the reviews, but low and behold ours is perfectly fine. I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes and it looks beautiful. If I had to make a suggestion TO MAKE IT PERFECT, I would say they should make all 4 wheels with locks on them incase you place it on a slightly uneven slope. Also, I wish their was some sort of lock the top lid. The reason I say this is because its a tad light and when you go to open one side, the other slides over. Not a deal breaker, but would have loved to see that feature. Also, my wife and I wanted to get a cover for it, so if anyone is interested just look it up on amazon and you'll find a couple for these coolers. People say they should fair fine if kept outdoors, but its such a pretty cooler that we thought it was worth not taking a chance and doing our best to get the most lifespan out of it. I know others have left negative reviews about the water drain leaking. We haven't actually used it yet, so I can't speak to that. I thought this was a great looking cooler and designed well. Assembly was very easy and all the parts that came with it are of quality besides the drain plug. Besides that It really does keep drinks cool for a long time. I kept drinks in it for a entire 3 day weekend while just draining it a little a adding some ice to it in that time. Everything stayed cold!! However it does have a little leaking coming from the drain plug in the back of it that I figured out how to stop. It also does wobble a little bit when it's over loaded so please keep that in mind. Overall it is great looking and adds a lot of character to your back yard set up. ... show more

We liked the Cooler so much that we ordered a 2nd one! I have to say that it isn't "strong" metal...I think the metal could be bent if it is pushed against our stone seating wall on our patio...so be aware, this probably wouldn't stand up long to teenagers( but we don't have any.) We just had a large flagstone patio with window wall built...and want to have more parties out there. The Steel Coolers are so attractive...I think they will add to a festive environment. It's also nicer knowing our guests can easily reach adult beverages! My husband assembled them...the 2nd one was obviously easier since he was familiar with the instructions. I think each one took 30-45 minutes on 2 separate occasions. Good price too. ... show more

I was a little hesitant to order after seeing several reviews of this cooler arriving with dents or other damages (regardless of seller), but took the plunge as was trying to get it in time for my Memorial Day cookout. Was thinking my fears were confirmed as the box it arrived in did have a inch and a half gash on the bottom cardboard side (cutely enough right through a sticker that said "Heavy") and another small gash in at one end of the box. However was fortunate that due to the interior packing, found not even a scratch of the actual cooler or parts. Straight forward to assemble, and really like it. Everyone at the party commented on how they would like one. I did deduct one star only because I wish the unit was a tad more stable (I.e. rock solid on the wheels) but this is really minor and probably more of my own preference. Easy to assemble. The castor wheels are bolted firmly to the legs so they do no fall off when you pick up the cooler. One person can pick up the empty cooler and take upstairs. It looks great in our kitchen. I actually left it in the kitchen for two weeks after our first use as it's a good looking piece. The handles are very sturdy. The wheels lock it in place if needed. The bottle opener works well, and the little cap catcher easily slides off to dump the caps. I have zero complaints about the cooler. ... show more

This cooler looks great. It has very good capacity for bottles and cans and still fits enough ice to last until the day after the party. Great workmanship. The plug does not leak. And the proper tool for installing the wheels is included in the package. The handles are strong but I would still be a little aprehensive about lifting the cooler when it is full. Some assembly is required and easy to follow directions are included. Assembly took about 15-20 minutes. I would totally recommend this product to a friend. ... show more

The photo in the description doesn't do this cooler justice. It's stainless steel on the sides of the cooler. I did change out the knobs on the lid for more heavy duty ones. The original knobs are sad...cheap plastic knobs that are completely out of place with the rest of the quality of the cooler. The first cooler I bought came damaged, but thankfully Amazon is so great with returns and shipped me out a new one very quickly. The second one is perfect. We have used this cooler on 2 occasions, both times it functioned great. It kept the ice intact/drinks cool the entire evening and was very easy to clean up the next morning. I love the cooler and the way it looks, but having said that, when it arrived it had a large ding on the front of the cooler. It is very noticeable. Also, on one of the legs, one of the four holes where the screw goes was stripped out. I had read the reviews before ordering, and these were two things which seemed to be pretty common. Love the cooler and the way it looks, but not happy with quality control, or should I say, lack of by Trinity. Not sure I would take a chance and order another. ... show more
