Cabinet was well packaged and was straight forward to put together. Stryofoam packaging made my office look like it snowed, but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't fix. Overall I love the look and feel of the cabinet, my only complaint is the size of the hanging bars. They are a little too big in diameter to handle most hanging file folders. Will have to see if I can find some that have larger hooks. Dropped a couple stars for that strictly because that's what it's meant to do...hang files.... ... show more

    • Beautiful File Cabinet - Unusable for Lateral Files
Similar to other other post. The cabinet is beautiful and exactly what I wanted from size, space and appearance. Unfortunately, the rods used to hold up the lateral file folders are 9.8mm and the standard lateral file folder hook diameters are 9.5mm. Thus, all standard file folders fall off the rods. Contacted support and unfortunately, they have been unable to provide link to compatible lateral file folders. I've been trying for 3 weeks to find lateral file folders that fit or new rods that fit conventional lateral file folders. I've been unable to find an option that works. If I could solve this problem, I would give it 5 stars. However, right now it is a large door stop. ... show more
