Full disclosure I haven't put this product together yet but wanted to comment the product arrived in perfect condition via UPS. It was well packed though one hole in the box nearly penetrated reaching a shelf inside (close call). I would guess Tribesigns would make good if a panel was damaged in shipment if required. Two bags of hardware looks complete. At first I thought the instructions were missing but after removing most of the foam packing it was found hiding in between the box and packing material. I don't anticipate any issues in assembly (will update if I have any) but video reviews on Youtube did reveal you must be careful with some aspects of assembly to avoid assembling so various screws and such are not protruding incorrectly from reversing some parts. The panels (manufactured wood) do look to be a higher quality than most prep-board made products. The panel color was nearly spot on and the finish was clean and smooth. Especially liked the steel siding structures and the heavy base footing and top sections. It comes with an anti-tip bracket (I believe I saw a cable in my hardware) to ensure it won't tip away from a wall if a concern. This should be a solid book shelf. Highly recommended. Very nice looking bookcase. Fits the style of the room they’re in and matches with the other items we purchased from the same group. Sturdiness: They’re sturdy enough to hold our books but do wobble when unburdened. Acceptable weight capacity. We will definitely be using the provided wall mounts. Ease of assembly: The second was easier to assemble than the first based on lessons learned. With all pre-fab particle board products it doesn’t always align perfectly. Keep the screws loose until they’re all seated then tighten. Scratch resistance: they have the faux wood finish you’ll find on a lot of these types of products. Books shouldn’t scratch it, but any stone/glass/hard decorations may scratch if dragged across. Overall good value for the money. A little more wobbly and a slight pain to assemble, so 4* it is. ... show more

Cute bookshelf but a total pain to assemble. Getting the top and bottom wood pieces to screw into place is a mess. Holes cut in metal sides are stripped, and the screws don't want to hold in place. Requires 2 ppl to out together.
