Shirt runs xx small. I am 5'4/181 lbs. I got a Sz Lg. The pants fit perfect and give me lots of comfort. The pants also have perfect length for me to put on tennis shoes and not drag the ground. As you can see the shirt is made for a much smaller mid waist person. I am not sure yet if I will return it or just find me another shirt with more material in it. 5’8 200lbs bought a size Large in the color black. The material is thick and very soft. not see through and allows the pants to hang nicely. The pants hit right at the top of my feet and do not touch the ground would have loved a half an inch/whole inch more just to be able to pull up completely and now worry about them being too short.
