This is a good basic cereal that doesn’t add a great deal of extra sugar. This packaging provides several 36oz bags, making this an excellent value per ounce. It is a long term supply as well. These are suculant and fun to eat one by one just like popcorn or some heavy corn syrup type of fattening snack type food....oh well....some learn and some of us don't learn wha is good for our bod's
