Shirt runs xx small. I am 5'4/181 lbs. I got a Sz Lg. The pants fit perfect and give me lots of comfort. The pants also have perfect length for me to put on tennis shoes and not drag the ground. As you can see the shirt is made for a much smaller mid waist person. I am not sure yet if I will return it or just find me another shirt with more material in it. This is a very comfortable set you can dress up or wear casually. I would just suggest wearing a good bra because I made the mistake of wearing a less than best quality sports bra and it made it look a bit less flattering for my figure. Once I changed that and skipped the cross body purse it made a total difference. It’s a decent set but I’d like to find something a bit more fitting and more versatile with higher quality.
